I have used Jensen Moving & Storage several times. They have always been extremely professional. They arrive on time, do exactly what they promised to do and at a great price. Will definitely use again.

I've used this company to move me from city to city (2hrs away) in 2020 and then again recently from storage unit to storage unit. They are professional and up front on the phone, punctual, careful, congenial and fast working. Their price per hour is high, but the quality of their service is very good. I will use them again.

Good experience

On December 30 we used Jensen movers for our local move. Peter the owner was great he came to our home evacuated how big of a truck and how many men we would need. During that process he told us to pack each room and mark each box with the designated room it would be placed in. We even went as far as selling most of our furniture and using all the extra space to organize the boxes per room. On the day of the move we asked the movers to please load the truck so the rooms in the back of our new house would come off first and all the things for the garage last. Well they didn’t and everything was dumped in every room but not the rooms marked clearly on the boxes. Furniture was chipped artwork had broken frames and glass. One of the guys even suggested we pay him $50 an hour to come back and help organize and move the boxes to their designated place. They talked about Peter in front of me way more than they should have. They were irresponsible with our things and they didn’t care at all. And the truck was to small so they had to bring a flatbed that they thought we would pay extra for. When we spoke to Peter and told him we asked DO YOU HAVE A BIG ENOUGH TRUCK and he said yes and then on top of it we sold 3 large rooms of furniture since we were downsizing and the truck was to small as a decent person he realized it was his mistake and didn’t charge us for the flatbed. I would definitely take the insurance if I moved again and I would definitely investigate what kind of people work for the company because Peters people are not like he appears at all

I used this company because of their 5 star rating and was hugely disappointed! They were late, tried to overcharge me, one of the three movers complained the entire time and did next to nothing, they scratched my tv and refused to fix it and left a very large dresser sitting on the floor without putting the legs back on. Horrible experience, don't use them!

I recently had to move some furniture from one apartment to another, and the first place was upstairs with a curved staircase. Jensen Moving & Storage was there right on time, handled the move extremely well, and came in slightly under budget! I was so pleased with their courtesy and professionalism that I'd recommend them for any move, local or long distance.

I made an appointment for Jensen Moving to come to my house to give me an estimate on moving and storing of our furniture. They never showed up and did not call or text with an explanation. I would not reccomend this company.

Daric and Devan were our movers today and they were lightning fast! (In a good way). They came on time, were polite and did their job with no messing around. We have used Jenson Moving several times now with no complaints.

Both our movers Austin and Shawn were wonderful! Very professional, personable and courteous. The move took longer than we were quoted, but they didn’t rush and just toss things in the truck even though they could have. They took their time and made sure everything fit. They were respectful of us and our belongings. Made sure our beds and sectional couch were put together and boxes put where they belonged. Very professional and I will recommend this company. The movers were wonderful. They were on time and efficient in their work. We were very impressed how organized and worked without direction. The storage area in Palm City is well maintained. We would highly recommend this company.

I have found Jensen Moving careless and unresponsive to damage issues. A buffet was apparently dropped during the move, cracking a leg, and we were left to discover the damage ourselves. Ultimately, Jensen did pick up the furniture to have it repaired. 2 days later Jensen returned the piece UNREPAIRED. I would not recommend Jensen Moving & Storage under any circumstances.

I hired Jensen Moving and Storage to move my things across Florida. The two men on my job showed up on time, acted professionally, weren't rough with my stuff, and worked hard and steadily amid high July temperatures and humidity.

Any damage was minor and unimportant to me. A few leaves came off my artificial trees. A couple of small pieces of laminate came off an old wall unit that already had seen better days and that I did NOT ask them to take extra care with. Frankly, I've caused similar damage to it with no effort.

What impressed me most was that their estimate was spot on, despite not seeing the load beforehand and going by whatever my sister told them. (She is not familiar with my stuff, as she lives in another state, but I had her getting estimates.) If I had not run late meeting them at the unloading site, the job would have timed out EXACTLY as they estimated. True to their word, there were no surprise fees, either.

JB moving was an excellent moving experience. Right from the quoting, moving itself, the crew and the final bill, which was NOT pumped up as I have experienced with other movers.

The crew was fast, cautious and very polite.

I'd give more stars if it was an option, highly recommend.

We recently moved our business and Jensen Moving and Storage took great care of our many heavy items. We were very impressed. We'd recommend Jensen to anyone in the market for moving--ours was a big job. They're pros!

We recently utilized your services to move out of a large home into a smaller home. Moving day came - 7 men showed up ready to go and before we knew it, all of our things were securely packed in two trucks and ready to be moved out.
We were able to get into the new home a day earlier than anticipated, and Jensen Movers accommodated us on that too. The guys worked into the night to get us settled in so we were very thankful. They worked hard with minimal breaks.
And speaking of breaks – out of everything we moved – we only had one casualty – a broken wine glass

I hate moving, and I had to help my Grandma. I reached out to Jensen Moving and they made it so easy for me and well within my grandma's budget. They were on time and they took great care of all of my grandmothers stuff. Peter and his team made the whole experience a breeze. I highly recommend!

The driver was excellent. He moved just about everything on his own with my help. The employee that was sent with him did not do what he should have been doing. Because the driver did not have an experienced helper my move took several hours longer than anticipated.

I am so thankful that a friend recommended Jensen Beach Moving & Storage. Last Saturday, November 9th was the day I moved & the worse weather we’ve had in a while. It poured rain the entire time but I had the BEST two men moving me. Deric & Eddie were phenomenal.... I can’t say enough about how wonderful they made this move for me. They were so professional.... arrived on time & worked tirelessly nonstop all day. They not only packed my entire condo in Ft. Pierce but then drove two hours to Deerfield Beach & loaded my storage contents. After that they drove to the west coast here in Florida. Another long drive.... unpacked everything, organized & placed everything in order before returning to their job site on the east coast. Thank you, Deric & Eddie for helping me. We were extremely disappointed with Jensen Moving and Storage. Despite all the glowing reviews, we had a very negative experience. I have noticed that other negative reviews have received replies from Jensen Moving, claiming that the reviewer was not a customer of theirs. I expect that they may claim that I too, am not a customer. Please rest assured that I was a customer, who paid $11,000 for a move from Palm City, FL to Portland, OR. I have no alterior motive, I just want the public to be correctly informed.

Jensen Moving loaded the contents of our four bedroom house without incident. A three person crew arrived and the loading process took three and a half hours. They did not take an inventory of items, which I found concerning. We moved with other professional moving companies in the past and were always provided an inventory. I feel this is a mandatory item when you are turning your possessions over to a third party.

Jensen Moving stored our contents for two months without incident, while we located housing in Portland.

The real problems arrose with the delivery of our contents. Drew arrived at 3:00 pm in Portland, by himself, to unload our items. He proceeded to unload the entire contents of a 27 foot Uhaul truck, by himself. This process took more than 8 hours and finished just before midnight. I had to actually help him with some of the items, because they were too big for one person. A customer should not have to help a paid professional moving company. During the move in process, Drew damaged several of our items and scratched walls. He rolled dressers, furniture, and bookcases, end over end and up the stairs. He also mentioned, that they could have hired local help for $400. I'm guessing he got to keep that money instead and therefore we had to suffer. At the end of the long and painful process, Drew left us approximately 25 moving blankets and two furniture dollies. We have no use for these items, he just dumped them on us because he was flying home and didn't know what to do with them.

The ultimate insult was our discovery several days later, that one our 42" flat screen TVs was missing. When we inquired about it, we found out that Drew had broken it during the delivery, but didn't bother to tell us. Since this discovery, we have been promised on two separate occasions, that a replacement TV is being sent. Jensen Moving has even given us delivery dates for the replacement, still no TV has arrived. It has been two months and now they have stopped returning phone calls and emails.

Jensen Moving and Storage truly disappointed us, they were dishonest and unprofessional. Please, consider the above events before hiring them to handle your move.

6/17/19 I highly recommend Jensen Beach Moving and Storage. I recently hired them for my move. They moved me from a third story unit in Jensen Beach to a first floor to unit in Stuart. From my first contact with them they were honest and friendly. The whole move from start to finish was extremely efficient. There are a few people I want to give recognition to.

Were named Paul, Erich and Arron. All three were extremely efficient, friendly, courteous and took all the necessary precautions with wrapping my things to keep them safe. When they finished moving all my things to my new place they asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving.
From start to finish things couldn't have gone better.
I'm highly satisfied with the entire move.
