Major issue with this forwarder , Jas forwarding sent an extra invoice approximately 8 weeks after goods were delivered for $5236.34 , invoice was wrongly paid by our accounts , Jas promised a credit and nearly 10 weeks later still no credit. Contact Jas Forwarding more than 25 times left messages no reply no returned contact.

The worst freight forwarder I have every had the displeasure of dealing with and I have dealt with many. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. A total lack of customer service.
Poor customer service from operations manager Romika Daniel: inefficient, slow service, multiple mistakes, employee frustrated and not knowing how to proceed with customs clearance, unable to organise cargo transfer, invoices without breakdown, causing significant $ and time losses. After using JAS Sydney for 5 years I'm now forced to change the forwarder for the reasons above. Very disappointed, can't trust the forwarder.
