The customer service is not what you could expect. When I phoned to ask for information about their office location and opening times, particularly to ask if the office is open on Saturday, the lady on the phone refused to give me the information and she kept on asking me information which I didn’t have in front of me. She decided to call to the currier and to ask him to deliver again the parcel even though I haven’t mentioned at all that there will be someone at the address to pick up my parcel.
