To be honest my experiance with them wasn't too bad, the initial rate was less than expected but still competitive compared to the others I'd seen, and after a bit of barganing they did bring it down, not as good as what I settled for with finally but if they had offered the final one initially I may have taken it, certainly not bad for a one off transaction but I'm probably going to be a frequent shipping so I just registered myself a dedicated account with DHL Global Forwarding. These guys had prompt e-mail and decent service, so if you are looking to use them shop around and see but these were certainly lowest without needing a dedicated account

Found their customer service positive. We did have an issue where the third-party flight company/carrier, not directly related to Intercargo made a mistake but the team at Intercargo were swift in helping me resolve the issue. The lesson I learned was I should have not opted for the cheapest carrier who were Egypt Air and maybe a another slightly more expensive carrier but on the whole, Intercargo were a pleasure to deal with, especially Finleigh Elderton whose support was exemplary, even though it was not technically his role. He went above and beyond.

Useless company with NO customer service .
You make the booking on their online system and they present you with extra costs.
They hardly return your emails regarding collection.
I am still waiting for a collection to be picked up and they are unable to email me back.

This company doing FRAUD !!! Someone has to stop them . We sent 10's of shipmets with them and nearly all ofe them they overcharge our customers via their company in USA . After investigating carefully we found that their US company has virtual office and virtual phone service and because they don't answer any emails and phonecalls they clear it from customs and store them in their storage so they can get extra storage charges . We paid Door to Door service including all costs which was approx £600 and they overcharge our customer $800 storage charges . We will not let them get away with it ! We lost over £5000 because of them ! NEVER AGAIN

Driver attended and refused to pick up item claimed he is alone, parking asked if can negihbour and I help to carry the item and do his job on his behalf and refused to pock up item and wasted 45 minutes by staying inaide his van deapite to help him.
As requsted cancelqtion due to driver not pick up the item and charged me £45 for cancellation.
Avoid Avoid and Avoid inprofessional staff and cheaters especially Rajveer and others!!!!!

This business offered a terrible customer service, lost some of the shipment and fulfilled it 3 months behind schedule.
Stay away from them and save yourself a lot of stress and money!!!

I checked out this location and this seems to be one of the largest industrial Estates for Cargo at Heathrow Airport located few minutes from Terminal 4. This is the same estate that has FedEx and UPS service centres. This photo is misleading as it is the back entrance and does not show the main entrance. Just thought I'd share this.
