    The worst company to cooperate. They sent us low price to take the shipment , and when our goods came to custom they asked us 2 times more money. In phone they told us that they made a mistake , but after they didnt recognise it. Dont cooperate with them.

    Έχοντας κάνει με την Harlas τουλάχιστον 4 με 5 μεταφορές ( απο Αμερική επαγγελματική μεταφορά με ιατρικά μηχανήματα αλλά και μετακόμιση σε Ευρώπη ) μπορώ να πω πως από την αρχική επικοινωνία που είχα με τον υπάλλληλο στην εταιρεία με βοήθησε να καταλάβω πώς θα γίνει η μεταφορά. Είχα στάνταρ άνθρωπο να μιλάω συνέχεια έτσι ώστε να ξέρω που είναι το φορτίο μου, διαφορετικό υπάλληλο για την Αμερική και διαφορετικό για την Ευρώπη. Για μένα σημαίνει πως ο καθένας είναι ειδικός στον τομέα του κ αυτό με καθησύχασε. Επαγγελματίες στον χώρο της μεταφοράς γιατί έψαξα αρκετές εταιρείες.. ξέρουν τη μεταφορά.. είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη από τη συνεργασία μου που είχα μαζί τους και σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσω ξανα στο μέλλον εάν χρειαστεί!

    In the past,I had to do at least 4 or 5 transports from US to greece (professionally for medical equipments) and a transport from Greece to Europe for my personal effects. I searched greek transport companies and I found Harlas. For me, the best thing that they did is that the employee for the US department was very helpful and explained to me how the transport must be done and what I had to do.So I felt safe and trusted him. He was a professional. For my personal effects I talked to another employee which was for EU transports. From my experience I can understand that they have experienced employees each for each transport. So I felt safe. I recommend Harlas for transports and because these guys made me feel safe I give them 5*. Good job!

    Liars! They broke my stuff and lie about reimbursing the amount due to their internal processes. I wish I could put zero stars.

    Terrible experience. Very unreliable and unprofessional. We booked their services over two months ago - no written communication in between although we kept calling to confirm. Finally they confirmed the date and today a day before the agreed pick up we are told they can’t complete our job because the local trucks don’t pick up private items and we have to source an alternative transportation method for our boxes ourselves and they simply hung up the phone! We are moving in 3 days and are currently stuck without an alternative option and no transportation method for our things because of how unprofessional Harlas transportations is.

    Stay away. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

    tl;dr You want to send a box over to Europe, expect the delivery date to change.

    Unreliable and misleading. Items were picked up on Friday, we were promised a delivery the following Friday, in 5 working days. Even if someone could argue that the '5 working days' means 'after 5 working days' or that one should begin counting from the day the items are loaded into the truck, we were told Friday would be the delivery day when asked on the phone. In fact, two different people were given that answer.

    The day before what I thought was the delivery day I sent an e-mail to check when I should be expecting the truck as I had received no communication whatsoever in the meantime. The employee told me (in writing) that I should expect the delivery on Monday. I protested that I was starting a new job on Monday, so sitting home to wait for a delivery would be impossible. His answer was:

    -that he had always said the delivery day would be Monday
    -that I should have for some reason updated the company on my professional undertakings
    -that I should wait 'all day' for the delivery, not even giving me the working hours of the company

    Later on the second person who had been in communication with them called to ask for an explanation. She was told by the same employee that he had never said the delivery day would be Friday but 'estimated Friday', contradicting what he wrote to me earlier. His ultimate solution was to give us the contact details for UPS Denmark, as if UPS Denmark could somehow help to sort out the mess that resulted because of their lack of organisation. On the bright side, I received my tracking number, so now I can even follow my late delivery. The boxes have not arrived yet, so hopefully there will be no more unwelcome surprises.
