Very bad customers services, not professional and low standard.

This is my first time import big contrainer to the UK with Hamburg Sud, first of all they charge me for port fee when container arrived £185 after I paid I sent them an email 3 time to ask them what I have to do next, nobody reply me, I have to call to the office what next? A lady said after you paid you have to book delivery, I was booking delivery, in the day before Tony who work in there told me to clear custom and they will charge me £300 for waste journey, after I did custom clear I paid £2925 for quay rent+charge fee before re-book delivery. The delivery delayed as I have to off work and pay for child care to pick my daughter up, I was asking for responsibility but they ignore it. This company low customers service, try to take your money because you don’t have knowledge about import and export, poor organised, and Non- responsibility. First and last time for me. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!
