Aurora Smith answered EVERY single time I called. She was assertive, informative, extremely savvy and not to mention professional! We had a tricky load that went into after hours and there was not one gap in communication. I must go on to say that Larry Mayers (on the after hours team) was on the ball every step of the way. I would start writing an email and the answer to my question would be in my email before I could even ask it!! Last but not least their driver's are courteous and represented themselves, their company and my company wonderfully!!! Grasshopper Trans, Inc. is the best carrier I have used in years!

I started working with Aurora a few months ago and she has been extremely professional and responsive. She has helped me out with some loads that were tough to move, worked through breakdowns, delays, etc. She introduced me to some of her team members and I have been working closely with them for a month now. They do great work, provide timely updates, and offer fair rates. Want to say thank you to Aurora and the rest of the team!

Aurora was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. she was nothing but demanding and uncooperative. she emailed us5 mins after their delivery time check in in which she was unloaded 30 mins after. we asked for in and out times which she was unable to provide, but somehow that is our fault ?

The company did a good job picking and delivering this load, but this dispatcher was nothing but difficult and unprofessional, i would recommend not working with her

This is a super company my son drives for this company and has four a year i. Drove for 34 years if I could be driveing now this would be the company i would be working for I am retried now this company and my son take good care of me and stay home if I need something i call my son and I have it
