Everything was great until payment was made,afterwards the responses gotten different. Shipment arrived one monthlate.. Had to pay extra money upon receiving my shipment. No assembling as per the agreement and promises.

Absolutely unprofessional in every way...
* The packing seemed very good, but most of the things arrived broken or scratched
* Broken Appliances and furniture.
* Amateurs when it comes to dealing with customs
* They took my approval for land freight and yet they shipped by sea, and the packing wasn’t even made for sea freight. Even their agent in Egypt said that it was “poorly packed”
* It took them 5 months to ship from Kuwait to Cairo!!!
* When you call them on the phone to get any Info, they’re very polite; but you won’t get anything useful from them.
* I can go on and on and on....
Bottom line, don’t deal with them and save your money to deal with smaller companies since you’ll get your stuff broken anyway!! At least small companies knows how to deal with customs

I used this company to move my stuff from Kuwait to Riyadh with a 3 month storage before the move. Everything went swimmingly they got everything through customs no problem. The only issue is that it came with no one to unpack it which was supposed to be included. This didn't bother me though. Would use again.

Worst service ever! They keep telling you they are professional but I got scrap.
Only one thing they are good at, to be fair, which is good communication.
I used their service for shipping my car from Kuwait to Riyadh and it was a nightmare!

I was relocating from Malaysia to Kuwait, My company which is a fortune 500 Oil MNC was arranging the sea freight on behalf of me. I was told by my company that we have the best people in mobilizing so no need to worry about the shipment. I was always worried as I have lot of fragile items. From my home Malaysia to my apartment in Kuwait it was really well packed moved and with extreme care. Staff was very cooperative and communicating all the time informing the status and overall I appreciate SIRVA and their Partner Global Freight Systems for perfect Door to Door Service. Each box packed from which part of my home in Malaysia has come to the same location in my new home..Found highly professional. Personally want to thank Nisha their staff for the coordination and clearance in a very short time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their service.

This review should have been written a long time ago. I kept on telling myself that it's not worth the time to criticize others or that writing a review is not going to change anything.But, I think the world should know what this company comes with.
When I first contacted the company to move my things from Kuwait to the port of Piraeus in Greece, everything was fine. I prepared all the paperwork that they required and we came to an agreement about the total price and the packing day. When packing day came, everything went quite smoothly and fast, there was no trouble. However...
After our things left Kuwait, they were supposed to arrive at the port of Piraeus where they needed to undergo customs. On our deal, the company stated that the price from port-to-port includes cargo customs. Not only did the company not go through customs procedure with our stuff but it sent everything to another port, unfortunately a more expensive one too. After trying to contact the company and showing them the signed contract, the company started lying to us saying that the price paid was not for customs even though on the contract it was clearly indicated.
We had to get another company in Greece to handle our stuff from there. I'm so disappointed with the actions of the company, especially the lying. Hopefully, the company will reflect on their actions and others won't go through the same thing.
