Richard quoted us a fixed door to door rate for a UK to Germany shipment. When the delivery was cleared in Germany, which took more than 2 weeks, Richard almost doubled the price and has been threatening us that we need to pay almost double the price than his confirmed quote before delivery even though the quote confirmed is "inclusive of both export and import customs clearance and is a door to door rate. " We still have not got our delivery! This is FRAUD!

I met Richard by pure chance due to a collection from a supplier but got taking to him.
Since then he has professionally navigated me through one of the most difficult times in shipping history.
Advised me where and how i can save costs to keep my goods coming in and more importantly my business going and even growing .
I used another company before this that i had shipped a lot though them but dropped me for the highest bidder it seemed. It’s fair to say that i will now be sticking to global most importantly Richard as it’s good to work with him and gives me the right support .
