    Shipment was delayed slightly, however they got back to my e-mail the same day and as a result the item arrived that same day as well.

    The delivery guy was very friendly. I was a bit worried about timelines due to the other reviews here, but my shipment was only a few days late.

    I can't fathom how such a company even manages to exist.

    I've been waiting for a delivery from Toronto to Montreal for more than 3 weeks.
    Initially their excuse was "bad weather". By their definition, we have bad weather here in Canada 6 months of the year! So Frontier doesn't function 6 months of the year?

    Delivery date keeps getting pushed almost automatically every day. The parcel has been "out of delivery" for days now. I had to ask the vendor to return.

    Terrible. Just terrible.

    I ordered a bed frame and headboard from Endy. Took an extra week and a half of constant calling with nothing done. A driver from Loomis delivered it?! He had no idea who Frontier was. Logistics debaucle. Endy needs to drop these guys asap.

    How hard is it to keep clients updated on the status. It's one thing to not do it, but another to keep pushing the delivery date without any explanation. Why Endy picked these people to do their delivery is beyond me. Let's hope I get my mattress this week.

    Ordered a mattress from Endy and couldn’t have it delivered to my house because I didn’t have a “real street address” living off the highway, had to drive 2 hours to come pick it up since their drivers are clearly incompetent of finding rural address or leaving it in my nearest town even though I see their “third party courier” drive past my house twice a day. Do not recommend doing business with this company at all.

    Didn't receive my package on time. Called to ask what was happening as I seen the reviews with no reason as to why I wasn't getting the package.
    Don't use this company.

    Update: They lost my package after being told multiple times it will be delivered "tomorrow".

    This is more of a storage business than a delivery business. When it is finally time for delivery, the local delivery driver leaves our packages leaning on our garage the driveway. Those extra 10 steps to the safety of the front door are apparently way too intimidating. I am literally not going to buy things from retailers that use this company for delivery. Do better.

    This company is literally the worst, they are constantly lying and treating their employees horrible. Some employees haven't received a raise or any incentive to want to work. The managers never driven before in their lives planning routes and blaming their incompetence on the drivers. The drivers constantly getting blamed and torn down. They don't listen to the drivers working in the front lines. They don't care about customers Infact one of the mangers literally told an employee she could care less about customers and employees this place is extremely toxic and the office staff are very shady.

    My Costco order left Winnipeg June 25 in the am for delivery to Abbotsford of today July 14 no updates or delivery 19 days absolutely rediculas. Getting tired of covid excuses for incompetence. Will not be ordering from any longer if this company is involved.

    Too bad there isn't a zero star otherwise I'd gladly rate them as such. Extremely poor customer service experience and too bad for Costco to have them as service provider. Did not deliver my package for over a month and had to call them four times in order to get the status of my package and finally had to go personally and pick up at Atlas in Coquitlam as the drivers said they have already been there 3 times and called me which is not true. Furthermore, the local company Atlas is the worst one. Very rude personnel who would even yell at the customer.

    Status of package stated that it was delivered. And still waiting three days of calling. No one knows where my belongings are...... refrain from using if you can help it.

    This place is horrible. I ordered an endy mattress through them and they’re over a week late making no effort whatsoever to get my package here. They’re an absolute joke and it’s clear all the positive reviews came from Frontier employees.

    Used Parcels n More for years and was very happy with their service. The company was then bought out and the name changed to Frontier Courier. Service went down hill quickly at that point. Frequently late pick-ups and drop offs. Our policy had been for quite some time that we do not accept deliveries after a certain time and Frontier was reminded of that many times. Still drivers would come late, over and over with excuses as to why, and then throw a fit when the delivery was not accepted. Umpteen up-charges on parcels, and horrible customer service. Needless to say, I am done with them. Have switched to another courier.

    Very fun and welcoming work place environment. The staff is outgoing and always there to make your day better. Great at fixing problems in a timely fashion and coming up with a solution to satisfy the customers needs.

    Just had a great experience with frontier and their team. My shipment was handled exactly as I wanted and expected. So glad I chose them. Their service is bar none to anyone else I’ve used in the past. Won’t be going elsewhere.

    I have used this service for transporting some items. I have found their front line staff to be professional friendly and energetic. They strive to make the process easy and worry free. Upon speaking with customers they were always happy with the delivery and timeline was within the estimated time given by Frontier when making the arrangements. When their has been any issues the people on the phones have always been helpful and friendly and have made the process easy and worry free.

    It's so funny the good reviews on here are from frontier managers THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY. From the way they treat their employees to their service, it's just horrible. Almost every candidate i interviewed from frontier said they left the company because of harassment, Drivers are not motivated to drive at all and they're fire with no notice no wonder freight are always late, go missing or delivered damaged. when you email them about Damaged or missing freight they take forever to respond that is if you're lucky to get a response. THIS IS A COMPANY I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

    They consistently double billed us for pickups then avoided the issue when we brought it up to them. Eventually we had to switch couriers and Frontier still will not reply to our concerns

    Empty promises, and no one with the ability to provide proper customer service. Used to be a great delivery service, and very reliable, but has gone downhill.

    Parts are always late. Dispatch doesn't know where the trucks are ....usually delivers to the wrong place. Hate using their service...horrible!!
