The worst cargo I have dealt with! They had made false commitments in the case of delivery of 8 weeks. My cargo was shipped from UAE in August 2021. I received a part of my shipment in Dec 2021 - which is 4 months after dispatching it. 3 pieces of my shipment were conveniently forgotten in Dubai, and 5 pieces went missing in thin air. I had to contact the Dubai consumer court regarding the issue. The 3 pieces were shipped when the Consumer court intervened and finally received it after 9 months in May 2022. We were notified that there is also risk insurance that is included along with their service and today when I wanted to raise a claim for the missing items, they mentioned that there is no insurance. There is no ownership and reliability!

very difficult to get staff concerned on phone.. they keep disconnecting calls. Receptionist talks in a rude manner, very hesitant to answer queries. really bad experience.

The worst! The shipment took forever to reach. And some arrived damaged. Since August 2021 and I’m trying to get anyone of them to reply to my emails. The insurance I paid is supposed to cover for these damages but non of them replied! They are a group of unprofessional people, who don’t want to work. Once the money is received, they care nothing! The worst experience ever.

I shipped my house furniture from dubai to riyadh with freight international.. the packing and unpacking were good.. however, 4 boxes were not received that had some important items.. multiple follow ups were made but i was treated with neglect and after 1 month still i didnot receive the missing item or any compensation which is supposadly covered by insurance...their response was very poor and unprofessional..

please don't use this company for shipping items. my materials were collected six weeks back to be shipped to Sydney and until now the items have not left Dubai also. the company representatives don't give a proper feedback or timeline as well. additionally they delete your review on facebook without even enquiring your case.
