The worst company in the US!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst company ever.
All the good reviews on her are from their inside team.
They don't answer ANY call, emails, or voicemails. I try calling them for a whole week, I would wait for my call to be answer for almost an hour and my call like my emails were never answered.

To all drivers, be careful with this unauthorized broker, they really don't have authority to book a load, this are the fake broker. They cancel a load to my friend jaja of course if they don't have loads, report them to make them close

Worse costumer service. Nick Silbaugh is the worse employee of the company. He Might have a higher up position in company this is why he gets to run the company the way he wants and it’s bad.

Im very mad I delivered a load the 19 this month and I send the request to received the Revised rate conf because on the delivery I pay a Lumper for $165.00 and today is Thursday and they are not send the new rate con yet is totally un respect that the driver can't get pay because they doesn't want to pay for the lumper this is unbelieved , this is the lumper receipts??

I have been working with FNK for a while and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Always on top of everything, very profesional and dedicated.

Inadmissible, i was loaded from Utah I stayed 8 hours to be loaded, then I had to go to Colorado!
was needed another appointment (reschedule) they didn't do that !!!
That's why I stayed , half a day from Friday,Saturday,Sunday and Monday I’m still here

FAK is great to work with they make everything easy. Robert has great energy and is always willing to help. I have not had one bad experience with them. I booked a load with one of the Operations Agent called Robert and he was on task on everything and whenever I had a discrepancy he was always there to answer my questions. I would book a load with him again.

Just for inform other Partners and Carriers this broker is not good, no recomended, they don't act professional, no after hour team, no respond on call at night, some of the broker lie on rate confirmation, they affirm appointments verbally and is not set at the end, the demorage or layover is really low or none, really poor on professionalism and lead by self experience. Hope this help to other Carrier to make decisions at the time to book loads with them. Thanks

The worst company I ever worked with. Booked a load, waited for 2 hours, borker is not picking up. Other guys from the company do not know anything. They do not have a manager and no one can help you. So I stuck with a truck and no load. Never recommended these guys!

Save your time and money dont book with these guys. Their postings say they are the best...... really might be the worst. Was booked on a load on Sat truck arrived at 12:00 PM was held till 7:30 PM then we were told the load was canceled. Spent 4 days trying to get a broker to respond or call me back no luck. After that they advise that they would send 150$ for 7 Hours and 70 Miles drive. This place is a joke stay away.

I get load 1 pick up 3 drop from shawn load from CO TO KS my ratecon it's $1650 they pay $1300 for no reason I call them and they don't respect me they keep my money and he block my phone number don't get load from them I live in denver co I'm going to small claim

Robert and FAK team were great to work with. I would have put 5 stars, but with anything there's always room for improvement! lol. They were very good in rate negotiations, fair and reasonable.
