    This place is a clean and safe place to visit. If you need anything shipped, they can do it for you with no problem at all. I recommend sending your stuff through them.

    If it were possible to give this company a 0 I would. I purchased products through Home Depot. The products were shipped from GE and I guess GE contracts with them locally to Deliver.
    On the day of my delivery, their employee called me 15 minutes before arriving - at 3:04. A call from Home Depot, the night before, says I should get a 30 minute lead. I told him I worked 20 minutes away but would leave immediately and arrive within 5 mins of his arrival - which would still be within my 30 minute window. I arrive home at 3:26 PM. No delivery team. I call the guy and he rudely informs me that he has decided to go fulfill another delivery and would now not be arriving for another hour. I explain to the guy that I had to take off work to receive this order and that this was rather unacceptable given that I arrived at the house within 20 mins (ish) of our conversation and that I was still within my 30 minute delivery window. This guy unintelligibly tries to explain to me that I had a 2-6 PM window and that he called me at 3 PM. I counter and re-explain that I was supposed to receive a 30 minute lead call and I arrived within 20 minutes of that. I ask for the number to call to discuss with his dispatching team. The guy hangs up on me in the middle of my sentence.

    An hour later this guy calls me and says "I am outside of you home do you want the delivery or no". Now at this point I am heading back to work and I ask the guy, how was I supposed to know you were coming back given that you hung up on me. He says well I am outside of your house now. I ask him, why he hung up on me. Without a word, he hands the phone off to his partner. Someone who has a better command of the English language. This partners explains that if they can't make the delivery they will have to reschedule because they are leaving. I tell the partner that I am halfway to work now and cannot be expected to turn around after having been hung up on with no indication that they were coming back. I tell them that I am actively seeking redress with the dispatching company.

    I never actually speak to someone at this company. Because I made my purchase through Home Depot. I have to go through hoops. Three times the people at GE, who have contracted these people, tell me that Forward Air is refusing to release their contact/ identifying information for "safety reasons"

    The way I came to know who they are, is because they showed up at my house to redeliver the products 11 days later after I made arrangements with Home Depot and GE. That day they showed up in an unmarked truck. I asked the delivery team who they worked for and well off course they can't hide in my home.

    Terrible terrible company. Rude and incompetent staff
