Awful service. They delivered very valuable artwork to a complete strangers (they never called and asked me where to leave it, though my building has a secure concierge service). I wasn't able to find delivery for a week, and eventually it was found in some public space. FlightLogistics stopped communicating with me and refused to solve the problem. The worse ever experience with delivery.

We only had bad experiences with Flight Logistics Group sadly. They seem friendly face to face but it’s all talk and no action. Due to their terrible service, we had so many complaints from our customers with lost products. We are still a small growing business so we hoped FLG would make our life easier but we ended up spending more energy and time correcting their mistakes. They don’t treat your products with respect either, we had so many damaged products. Worst of all, they slag you off behind your back which is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend using them as a fulfillment, especially if you plan to ship products internationally. Their tracking system is outdated…. (i.e we could not track any of our products….. defeats the purpose of using them). We lost a lot of money.
