for custoums border clerance they are very poor and after hours staff never answer the phone calls, they are changing email id's every year without any notice, for short haul customers dont choose fedex for their customs clerance . We are struggling every time for the border clerance.

You cannot drop off a parcel for delivery at this location. You must ship to this distribution center. I drove 150 kms to find that out. Cost me what I saved by to use canada post. I will never use FedEx again. They wanted $15 more that Canada post.

They filed our paperwork incorrectly at the border resulting in ten's of thousands of dollars in charges as well as interest. After getting passed around to numerous people for over a month, we were handed over to a "supervisor" who said it was our fault for not telling them how to correctly file our paperwork. What is the point of having a broker just to have them not know how to do their job? We will be looking for another broker.
