frankie the fine young man that delivered my packages
took the extra time and effort to insure all was fine.
High five to this fine young man...ya'll should give him a raise before someone else does.

Oh man, FedEx... Not that you even remotely care, but your service is absolutely terrible and you always have excuses while never taking accountability. Also, the person that came up with the idea to have a delivery date AND a commitment date, but only inform recipients of the delivery date (that FedEx fails to deliver on the majority of the time) is incompetent. I’ve explained to customer service that if FedEx delivers on the commitment date the majority of the time, why not just go with that date in the first place? If the package arrives a day early on what used to be the expected delivery date, you all are heroes. Instead, you all deliver a day later than the delivery date, on the commitment date, and after I call (because FedEx keeps the commitment date a secret) FedEx claims that it’s okay it’s late, because that’s actually the commitment date. Customer service states that there is no way to convey my dissatisfaction of this asinine policy to its executives or higher-ups. It’s a shame... Improper expectations for customers is not a path for success. FedEx will not last much longer and will be sliding in next to the retailers closing their doors. I kept telling Amazon to sever ties with FedEx, because my packages were always a day late, but they wouldn’t listen. So, thanks for severing ties yourselves FedEx. For that, I do appreciate you and like that I can skip the headache more often now, but unfortunately, I still have these instances where a shipper chooses FedEx... If they only knew... Anyway, I don’t believe FedEx and I speak the same language, so I won’t waste any time going into detail about how the United States Postal Service and the folks in the brown trucks deliver every time, on time, without skipping a beat. To be clear, it is not the additional day it takes, the issue is claiming my package will arrive on a specific date, while having information in your system that’s not given to customers, that states the package could likely come on a different date. I would rather be given one date and that date be the latest date it could arrive. This is a game I’m not quite sure how to play, FedEx.
We live on a residential street on the south edge of Eureka Springs and almost every morning a Fedex delivery truck speeds by , definitely exceeding the speed limit . The street is curved with limited sight distance, blind driveways and pedestrian traffic, an accident waiting to happen. Is the company responsible for this driver or are they independent ?
Two weeks later and the Fedex truck still is driving like he's on a racetrack. Just want this post on record for when he causes a bad wreck or kills someone.
Worse service I have ever had ordered a air up mattress from amazon they let fedex ship it were leaving for Colorado tomorrow they typed my adress in wrong and tell me it's not there problem and I will get it Monday even though I'm leaving Saturday what a worthless attempt of a delivery service if you can't do your job don't do it at all
This afternoon, 10/22/2015, a FedEx truck ran me off the dirt road in Erbie (Newton County).
He was speeding around a corner and almost side-swiped me. Ran me into the ditch and never even slowed down.
Maybe this company needs to rethink it's demands that drivers deliver fast, fast, fast!
Speeding on narrow, curvy dirt roads could get someone killed.
