Rude and unsympathetic. Every request was met with a sigh of frustration and irritation. Unfriendly staff who obviously shared their clear arrogance, without whom you cant proceed with your application for customs. Totally unnecessary attitude. Only used them because we had no other choice to get my imported cat from cargo and customs.
