Estoy muy descontenta con este servicio. Hay una gran falta de comunicación, conocimiento e información por su parte. No mandaron el EHC a mi veterinario, con lo que el mismo día del vuelo tuvieron que solucionarmelo pero tuve que pagar doblemente. Nunca me dijeron horarios, ni vuelos. Tampoco me informaron durante el primer tramo de trayecto con lo cual, estuve unas 24 horas sin saber como estaba mi conejo. Si comía, si bebía o si simplemente estaba bien. He sentido en todo momento que era yo quien debía de llevar la batuta en vez de estar tranquila porque lo organizarían todo la agencia. Cuando llamaba, se pasaban las responsabilidades de unos a otros. En general, muy descontenta y decepcionada
Y por supuesto no recomendaría esta compañía. Extrordinair se mostraba poco colaborativa con la compañía española, con lo cuál dificultaba aún más todo.
Lo bueno, es que mi conejo llegó vivo, pero la factura incremento mucho más, debido a su mala gestión.

When I decided to move my kitty from Texas to Scotland, I called these guys first, being the receiving end at EDI. They are onsite at the Turnhouse cargo complex. They were very professional and helpful. Since you use a shipper from the sending end, I have the move organized by Pets in Transit at ORD, who hired Extrordinair to handle immigration, customs and delivery to me in Scotland.
Figaro arrived exactly on time and very calm, clearly she had a lot of attention.
PS yes the spelling of the name is a wee bit odd

Extremely nice people who clearly love animals! They handled my senior cats with care and attention and even gave me advice about the size of my carriers and future travel. They are obviously very knowledgeable and anyone flying into Edinburgh with a pet should know they're in good hands with Extrordinair.

My cat was due to fly to the States when the "Beast from the East" hit Edinburgh last year, meaning her flight was cancelled and I was panicked as I was due to be leaving town the day after her! Thankfully everyone at Extrodinair was so immensely helpful and kept me in the loop with options and trying to sort her onto different flights. They managed to get her on different flights the next morning and with no extra cost to myself. Really thankful to everyone there for sorting it out! My cat however, did not seem so happy.

We want to thank you for the excellent care our dog Brodie received after he arrived at EDI. It was a very stressful day and your staff reassured me that his journey was smooth and without problems. I also appreciate the photos you sent of Brodie. He was tired but happy to be out of his travel crate. Brodie is a rescue dog who suffers from separation anxiety so I appreciate the extra attention he received. Your staff, especially Kara and Valentinas were very helpful and I feel they went above and beyond. We highly recommend your company.
