I feel blessed to be part of the EURO EXIM team and as a fresher from the initial stage that is the training given , it was much effective as we had both pre recorded session , live training and on the job training ( practically ) .then eventually i have and I am learning new things , concepts , as this company has a friendly and supporting work culture , and as we learn we automatically take up new roles / responsibilities which help in self growth and organization growth as well . Another major aspect is that this company strictly follows the recognition and reward principles i.e. our hard work never goes in vain . Finally it is the management , where we can reach them directly and ask our queries , suggestion and even highlight regarding any issues ( if any) .
And while speaking about work life balance , it depends on individuals and how the work is aligned with the work timings.

Very very bad company I ever seen... My experience was only 8months .. Work pressure will be lot meanwhile manager are so worst... Which feels we should not work more than 6months ....
