This company doesn't even deserve one star !

The costumer service is just horrible, never responding but when they asked for payment they even instruct you to go right now to the bank and deposit the money (it was 7pm) !
I have to specially point out Ms. Victoria, she is rude and unprofessional, the way she speak to her clients is not acceptable, she kept giving wrong information and still being rude not even once i heard an apology, even though i complain about her.

After all i had to ship a car with this company since i have paid already and lost a lot of time i could not change the company, i would loose even more time.
The big surprise after all was that the car arrived with several damages at the destination ! And of course nobody feels responsible !!!

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I am very impressed on the way Ms. Monica and Ms. Sangeetha help and assist me everytime I have a problem with some shipments, they are trying to solve the issue even it is not under their scope. These two are worth keeping, and the company should recognize their handwork.

My name is Yann and I would like to warn you about this company. The service is horrible, they told me the boxes were loaded on the 27th of march. I checked with them today and my boxes actually never left Dubai.

I never saw such an unprofessional company. They will be brilliant at follow up the payment but for the rest....it is a disaster.

If you care to your belongings and professional services, DO NOT use this company.

Very good service they provide

they promised that within 3 weeks we gonna have our stuff... we barely could have it after 2 months..
they bubble wrapped my plastic ware.. and left the glass as it is.. leading to a lot of broken stuff in my glassware
broken LCD tv(they didn't pay back anything via its insurance)
damaged medical mattress (costed us 2000$) which they only return 230$ of it via insurance
due to miscalculation from their side almost costed us 6000 euros with the customs back in Ukraine
so good luck you all people shipping with them.

Worst mover ever, we booked them one month ago and requested them to send us boxes so we start packing before they come and this never happened.
On the moving day, they reached 9:30 and they were only 6 people, they worked very slow packing stuff unprofessionally. At 12:30 they wanted to have lunch so I ordered for them food before food arrived they sat and started talking. Food arrived 1:30 and after eating they decided to take a nap!!!!!!
After shouting and talking to them, they resumed work. Packing finished at 4:30 afternoon (not all stuff fitted in the trucks) and moved to the new house. They reached at 5:30 knowing the drive is only 15 min away. They offloaded the trucks and started unpacking, this is the most horrible part they are very slow. At 9:30 they only finished the master bedroom and the baby room, living room was still unpacked, kitchen, living room, bathrooms....
Knifes where packed with our hand towels, they put our towels in the cat poop box....
there is still 30 boxes closed till this moment which I had to take another day off from work to unpack them.
I do not recommend them to anyone
