I used this company to ship my display from Florida to Vegas and back to Ontario, Canada after the convention. I was offered $50 for the damage and was told by their controller Helen that I was lucky I wasn't made to jump thru more hoops to get that. At no point was I ever informed of or opted out of some sort of insurance. After spending over $3000 CAN on shipping This is what I was offered. I didn't even ask for the replacement value of the tv just the shipping portion returned to me. I thought that was fair...

Shannon and her team at ELITeXPO are the best! Working with them has made our tradeshows run much smoother. Shannon is always quick to answer to my (several) questions, and she approaches unexpected situations like the recent tradeshow cancellations with a solutions-oriented approach. They are so attentive to detail that sometimes I forget I am not their only client. ;) Getting our booth display to and from a show in one piece used to be a big worry of mine, but I am relieved to know it is in the caring hands of ELITeXPO.

This company sent unsolicited spam e-Mail that is not relevant. I have never signed up for any of their mailing lists, nor have I ever spoken to them.

May this review serve as a message to their marketing & sales departments: Buying lists of unqualified leads does not entitle you to e-Mail people who have not voluntarily opted in. I know it's tempting to send these e-Mails due to the potential ROI, but please.. Stop wasting your budget on this ineffective nonsense. Grow your e-Mail lists organically and develop real relationships with your customers by creating meaningful content that speaks to them. Everyone hates spam. Don't contribute to the problem.

Did some business with Katy Box who convinced me to use ELITeXPO services for a trade show I was attending. The service was expensive but successful. I felt the sales person was over confident and was lacking experience. Overall, I would use the company again, however I would rather not work with Katy again.
