    I had a mattress purchased from IKEA and there was delivery issue, but Thanks to Harris, it was resolved and delivered on time. Kudos for a service well done.

    Excellent service. Easy processing. Friendly customer service. I'm a health professional and was dealing with this organization for the past many years for my health and educational related services in UAE and outside UAE. I don't have any bad experience or never I am forced to arrange an alternative service. Front office desk as well as admin people are quiet impressive and supportive. My friend Mr. Steve supported me well for my transactions. Update information and service as per desire provided by the front office staff Mr. Harris. I'm very much thankful to Mr. Harris.     Worst service I've received in a long time. I initially got a WhatsApp message saying my shipment would be delivered at 4:16 pm. I was impressed I was even able to track it. Little did I know that at the time they were supposed to deliver they gave me an ETA of 3 hours later when the building im movie into will not allow them. On top of it I called their number, they promised to call me back and I am still waiting. Terrible service and not a good reflection on IKEA for using this company as their delivery.

    Not on time. Very late delivery. Supposedly the items should be delivered on the same day of purchased but until next day, they still didn’t deliver them. Bad service.

    Recently I purchased from IKEA but I was delivered the wrong commodity. With just few days left for the weekend and with my plans to travel…… I had too many things on my plate … and following up on getting the right purchase was hectic … that’s when I got in touch with Mr Ayappa from Elite.
    Tbh … I didn’t even have to keep calling to get things done … He kept me updated ….and within the time I requested i got my wardrobe!

    I didn’t have to travel thinking I have to come back and start all over again …

    Amazing customer service provided by Ayyappa. There was an issue with my order, the shipper provided an incorrect item and I complained. The next day I received a message from Ayyappa and we communicated until it was resolved. No hassle and less stress.

    They are very well manner and almost two years I'm getting shipments from them every time I'm receiving in good condition so much helpful. Whenever I request to reschedule the shipment they doing without hesitation especially Mr.Ayyappa , he has so much passion of his roll and his English is so perfect, I wish him best. I appreciate their service and I'm much more satisfy than other courier service in UAE.

    The shipment is undelivered even after Eight days. The customer service is irresponsible, they tell the customer that they will call back, but no calling back. No contact number of the delivery associate is shared.
    I have not seen a service as worse as this one.

    Waited all day for delivery, received no contact at all. Eventually the tracker is updated with 'delivery delay due to no contact'. Well, if you don't call me or attempt to deliver, of course there'll be no contact. Shockingly bad company.

    Sorry to tell that your service is the worst ever.
    It’s been almost a week and I’m still waiting for my delivery. Your driver called me and promised me twice for the delivery but he’s such a liar. Still I’m waiting for my parcel to be delivered.

    Pathetic driver and delivery guy.. he called just once and updated no response…
    why client are giving address? He should come to delivery address than update if someone is not opening door or anything wrong in address.
    If client missed the call they are updating no response and not delivered to said address.. whats does it mean… atleast he can drop a msg or something because there are numerous unknowns calls now a days… he guys not deserve a single star

    Most of the comments here were how they wasted someneon’s time, well thats what happened to me as well. They said reasoned out that my mobile was off thats why they didn’t deliver and didn’t even send any message to call back to, I never turn off my phone FYI. It’s Friday and you’re customer service was off. When people scheduled their delivery on a Friday, it means thats the only time they are available! Don’t just reason out that “mobile was switched off”, there’s also whatsapp, at least send a message there so your customer can call you back on a weekend! Do better! You just wasted my whole day!

    The staff they came without tools for fix the stationary to wall , we are shocked after we get approval from Ikea to fx it , your staff they leave the place without signature and hand over the works to us .

    Scheduled orders to be delivered between 10am-1pm yesterday, got a confirmation in the morning, so I cancelled all my plans just so I could receive it personally. Evening comes, still nothing. No phone call, no update. Checked the link for tracking, it says the driver ran out of time. Ok, understandable. It's a Friday. Got another confirmation in message Saturday morning that my orders are on their way. Was thinking I get to receive it in the morning or around late afternoon because I would be on the top of their delivery list. 5 pm, still nothing. Called up the company, the lady on the line was nice and assured me the driver will call, I just need to wait for a little bit more. Night time came, 8:30 pm, still nothing. Checked the status of the delivery through the link after 5 minutes, and yes, the driver ran out of time again. What a great weekend. No updates from them or anything. Good job on that part. You get one star because of the lady who atleast offered me assurance.
