We ordered a shed kit which was to be delivered by Elser Logistics. The driver who tried to deliver it worked diligently to get it off the truck. The warehouse had loaded it with a forklift and he was trying to move it with an electric hand truck. After multiple attempts, we finally decided to send it back to the warehouse. The truck set up and equipment he had simply was not adequate for the moving the load.
They attempted the delivery again today, with the same equipment. We ended up going to the warehouse to pick it up. As the bed was not wide enough at the wheel wells, they jerry-rigged it to put it in our truck.
When I asked to talk with the customer service manager I was advised she was out for the day. I expressed my frustration to one of the employees, who would not stop talking long enough to hear me out. He made excuses and placed blame on the shipper. Then when we looked at the delivery receipt it stated that it couldn’t be delivered because of covid!! Are you kidding me?!?! It couldn’t be delivered because they didn’t have the proper equipment for the job!! We will be reaching out to the company we ordered from to ensure they are aware of this issue with this delivery company.
To be clear, the truck driver was great, but the warehouse manager was unprofessional not helpful at all.
We would like to commend Elder Logistics driver, Julian for his skills and willingness to accomodate our needs while he delivered a cumbersome, heavy pallet with fragile contents. We live on a narrow road on Phinney Ridge where he had to manuever around parked and oncoming cars with limited space to move. He courteously handled the impatient neighbors trying to get past the truck but more importantly he went above and beyond to get the pallet where we needed it. He did this all with attention to not damaging our truck in his path. Julian is hardworking, quick, personable and a credit to his company.
Recently bought wheels and tires. Not sure how long it would take for them to deliver to Yelm, I called asking if it was ok for me to go picked them up instead. They were friendly and agreed to let me pick them up. They had them ready at the dock and helped me load them in my truck. Great Customer service!
No call no show! Took the day off and they give us an 8 hour window (8-4pm) it is now almost 6pm and they are still not here!!! No one has called to give us a courtesy heads up either. I’m calling them and no one picks up the phone. Unbelievable. I hope I don’t get the unfortunate event of dealing with this company again.
Was worried due to past reviews however I am completely satisfied. They had to postpone my delivery for the next daybut were quick to call and explain, i was told delivery would be between noon and 2 but they arrived at 9 am.drivers were very efficient and professional, highly recommend.
I had a great experience with them. They called ahead, arrived within the window they gave me and were respectful of our property/neighbors as it was all unloaded. It was quick and easy overall, and our delivery driver Joe was great- friendly and polite.

First came after a week delay and said the driveway was wet and not large enough, so they needed to send a smaller truck and come on a dry day as the driveway is a steep decline. Scheduled for Wed, then Thurs, and then said - we need to send a smaller truck and do two loads, can we come Friday. They came Friday in the same big truck and could not make the delivery. Said they would contact me by the end of the day. They did not. Monday I found out that the shipment was returned and this has caused many further delays as I had crews standing by to install the flooring on the shipment. While they are very nice people, they did not communicate well, failed in the delivery, and did not give me as the customer a chance to problem solve with them.

THEY (CUSTOMER SERVICE) TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIND THE BUSINESS 1st, THEN ANOTHER REP SAID WE TRIED TO DELIVER BUT NO ONE WAS THERE, THEN ANOTHER SAYS OH NO WE HAVEN'T TRIED TO DELIVER, IT'S STILL HERE IN OUR TERMINAL. JUST TAKE MY ADVICE AND NEVER USE THEM. IF THEY'RE A PARTNER CARRIER TO SOMEONE YOU USE, CHANGE. ELDER LOGISTICS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST CARRIER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 10+yrs OF DEALING WITH TRANSPOTATION

If you happen to order something that ships through Estes shipping then good luck getting your package on time or even the same week it is supposed to arrive. Estes partners with Elder Logistics. Both companies are atrocious. Customer service is terrible. They will say the driver couldn't find your address, Even if any GPS will guide you to it!
I want to say I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received, thinking it was the manager, was not a nice guy. I am not going to give a negative review though because the two delivery drivers were absolutely awesome and made up for it all. Thank you Nic and Joey
