I love working here. Very family oriented. Regular schedule, 40 hours a week as a truck driver is unheard of in our industry. Excellent pay and better than Excellent retirement!

I shipped a pallet through YRC Freight and they don't deliver to the location I need my pallet shipped to so they transferred it to Diamond Line Freight on the 15th of April. It's now the 27th of April and I've been calling about every other business day and they still haven't even unloaded the trailer my pallet is in so they don't officially know where my package is and they can't give me an estimated delivery. Why is it taking more than 12 days to unload a trailer? I'll avoid Diamond Line at all costs in the future.

Read the reviews. Extremely rude and very unhelpful. I spoke with 4 different people at their "customer service" all here in Boise. Very rude and refused to help, even laughed saying "we are really busy" and hung the phone up. Boise, if enough of us leave accurate negative feedback we can get them out of the valley

The guy showed up to deliver our service parts was the most unprofessional and downright rude driver I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years.
I could express three offensive actions in a 5 minute delivery. Do not recommend.

We have deliveries frequently shipped using Diamond Line and they are always very helpful and friendly. Our driver today, Seth, was professional and extremely helpful getting our shipment in our doors while it was dumping snow outside.

Went to the front office to ask for someone who works there, the lady was insanely rude and didn't even know if he worked there or not and told me to wait outside. She was very unhelpful, she shrugged more than she actually spoke. We were disappointed in her attitude and the way we were disrespected.

Heads up. It might say be there by four but they won't let you in until 4am when receiving gets there. Don't pull into their driveway until four. If you get here early park on the street.

Staff weren't the friendliest group.

Company is a joke and driver was extremely rude. Driver told me he needed a skid steer or a team of people to unload my item. I paid for a drop tailgate delivery to my house. Called customer service and they were no help at all. On top of all that they damaged one of the items that they shipped.

Easy to work with! Customer service is Always helpful! I always get my shipments without damage unlike other freight companies that I have tried! I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others.

This delivery service is horrible. They made a delivery appointment with me and never show up and did not even bother to call me. I called them, they told me they are done for the day. They are so stupid and can't even track my package by name, address or phone number. I read many other reviews have the same problem. I hop[e this business will go down to hell soon.

It's a freight if waiting for a door that usually means there extremely busy which is a good thing next time be patient , as a trucker I've been to many companies and had to wait for a door it's part of being a truck driver maybe try a new profession,diamond line is a great family company with reasonably great people .

This place is not the greatest. They just do what they got to do and they don't care for outside carriers.
but a forklift driver that was helping me out was a good guy.
Yall need more ppl like him over there.
