I rated them last year as one of the worst services i had ever face in my life.
Again am here at their facility and nothing has been approved. still the worest and struggling with them to get my shipment

The best logistic company

The worst service ever had so pathetic from DHL.
Booked the shipment from Abu dhabi to Qatar via road and 2 days after collection it was told they cannot ship to qatar via road as this service is suspended and i need to pay thrice the amount i have booked for to get it delivered and later one of your guys mailed me stating they need qatar customs approval that is taking the delay to cover up the above and no one is taking the call and giving correct update now its more than 5 days of collection and there is no notice of shipment collected and still its on hold.

No one answer the phone.

Rude customer service.

No one is caring to send you the mail for the FTA payment.

Never had any problems with either sending or receiving. Prompt, efficient service. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to.

They have amazing customer service, there is a guy called Tauseef Yezdan he was very polite and helpful

I hate coming to this place. One desk to serve customers and it is taking very long to serve you. Make sure you bring your medicine with you. Their service take me 30byears back

No one answer the phone.

This company will overcharge you when you receive goods from overseas. Not a small amount, I'm talking about 3 times the price of other companies. They claim it's for customs not for them! But oher companies don't charge that crazy amount of money, so sorry I don't believe that excuse.

I will not buy from any overseas company that ship to the UAE through DHL.

I receive stuff from all over the world and I can tell you with confidence, this company is the worst.

DHL Global Forwarding. Logistics Park. Opposite Al Ghazal Golf Club. I had to go and collect my parcel. After calling so many times and no one answers the phone. Eventually got through the call center. They told me my parcel is here. Closings times have changed.
8am - 6.30pm. Parking space is available.

Si je peux mettre une note négatif, je le fais sans hésitation ... j'ai commandé un service Door to Door depuis la France vers UAE (Abu dhabi) pour plus que 3000€...
La commande est arrivé (plus que 650 kilos) dans une camionnette loué même pas à 40€, le monsieur a refusé de faire descendre les palettes même au lobby de la residence ...Il m'a dit que ce ne pas son travail!!!!!!!! alors pourquoi j'ai payé une tel somme d'argent ????
Le service DHL Door to Door est une escroquerie à s'enfuir et déconseiller !! une experience à jamais refaire !!!
Vous pouvez faire par vous même une livraison standard, avec n'importe quel transporteur... puis chercher une petite camionnette de 40€ pour être livrer chez vous !!
