Honestly how hard is it to look up someone's name on an intercom for the building and call them? They claimed they try to deliver, but didn't have the acess code to enter the building. I later spoke with someone who assured me the driver will be back today. Who knows if they will arrive or not. Plus they even have my phone number. Obviously not trying hard enough to deliver. Very frustrating dealing with them.
Working for this company was a waste of time. The management is crumbling, the employees constantly quitting. The place is a mess. People need to be held accountable starting with management down to the employees chosen. Incompetent forklift truck drivers who cannot communicate to save their life CONSTANTLY messing up orders and having agency workers take the blame. It’s extremely sad, there is no leadership amongst another, nobody to TEACH you exactly the full dynamics of the job you are doing.
They pay terrible and never on time, constantly having to argue with managers about my hours, showing proof on a weekly basis.
Unsafe working conditions etc.

The information shown on the website is not real time. No one reads the instructions you put online for deleivery. There is no coordination among their staff. for a package dhl labelled it as "bad address " I called 3 times to correct it but nothing happens. So I would think of changing doing bsuiness with dhl in future.
I have been waiting for a sign on delivery package, according to the website and tracking information-they tried to deliver it once when I wasn’t home-fine no slip was left on the door knob. Next day- 1:59pm 4 people were in the house, 3 cars out front, I personally was in my garage with it open, before leaving the house, and this driver either avoids me and puts a sorry we missed you slip on my door or is lying about the time. Regardless I missed the person. Now what do i do, call them up, I’d like to pick it up in person please, oh now the package is in the Hamilton airport, we drove it from Oakville to Hamilton holding at the airport. Can I go pick it up? No you have to wait until next week now. So I’m paying shipping and duty/taxes on what exactly? My delivery driver to be an incompetent idiot unfit for driving and delivering parcels? please tell me DHL what on earth kind of customer service is this for someone whom is paying for you to do the job you do everyday?

DO NOT USE DHL!!! I ordered a $103 item from over seas and was charged over $30 in duty/Fees! The website only offered DHL Express as a shipping choice (shipping was included in the price). I thought it was the government that made a mistake converting the currency. Nope. $12 for duty and the rest were DHL fees. I will be reporting this to the BBB and Ontario Consumer Protection.

After carrying my boxes in and sweating in the sun I was informed by the "Post Net" Employee (Winston Churchill and Dundas) that they didn't have any DHL waybills. I complained a bit but "Post Net" did not offer any solutions so I left. I then tried to book a DHL pick up online. OMG! Worst online experience in a long-long time! It was so bad. So Bad, So Bad. So here I am. The truck has not come. I'm waiting. It's almost 8pm.
"Post Net" and "DHL" are not your shipping choice!

I was tracking my parcel that showed it being on the truck at 11:21 am, after waiting most of the day I needed to step out only to return and find on the tracking site driver stopped by at 16:45. 7 hours and 24 minutes and still no parcel. If I can avoid ever using them again I would! Oh and they charge the brokerage fee without even asking if you want to self declare. It's a simple and easy process that takes 10 min or so and they wanted to ding me for an extra $40.

Rude phone manners in my opinion, I didn't need to be transferred I was just looking for a location close to me. It's polite to ask before you transfer someone, even if you believe their answer will always be yes.
Very bad experience ,They dont have time frame, you have to wait whole day till 7 or 8 PM. They want you to take day off and keep on waiting for the packet.

currently monday i leave for travel tomorrow and have still not got my package. their customer service is also useless. they can not give any substantial/useful information.
