Was told my package would be picked up between 10am-12pm waited till 1 and called
1st call
"sorry will be picked up today but will be later on"
2nd call
It's 3pm and I call again "no sorry won't be today will be tomorrow in the morning we will call you early tomorrow with an ETA...
3rd call
It's a day later and I call up at 11oclock and they have no idea what's going on and then I get told I will be called back with an ETA in the next hour or so...
4th call it's 1:00pm I get out on hold for half an hour after she can't find my booking number etc even though I gave her the correct one then I get hung up on...
5th call same as the 3rd...
"Should be delivered today mate dunno what time"
I can't use the language I really want to use on here but thanks guys...
