Absolute absence of any customer service for B2B- First when we asked for an offer, their manager didn't properly clarified our need, which resulted in us paying them double of the price they originally offered. Instead of admitting their mistake, they decided to blame the customer. However they offered us considerable discount from the next order. We were not happy with that and wanted the issue to be resolved for future customers and our own dealing as we simply do not have other choice but to use the and demanded to open a dispute. They got back to us saying " Your dispute been processed and it is not in your favor" Month later or so we came back with a new order and wanted to redeem our discount. Instead, they just decided to scum us once again and offered us 30e discount. We declined and said we want what was promised to us, but they simply said "No longer an option" To my question "How is that possible and what influenced the change, perhaps the fact that we opened the dispute they without any explanation or anything just answered " This is our final decision unfortunately" They do not care about their customers or customer service, customers to them are disposable materials to get money of. Terrible and unbelievable that such a big company has such an awful customer service
