STAY AWAY! save yourself time and money ! dont believe in a word they are saying. they damaged the load, overcharged me hundreds of pounds. i still cant believe how can they treat people like this and still operate.

Would give this company 6 stars if I could. DFS is a professional, efficient and competitively priced global freight forwarder. I shipped an appliance from the UK to the USA a couple weeks ago and DFS was courteous, responsive and got my item there quickly and undamaged at a great rate! What a load of rubbish.. They claim to help people who work selling products on Amazon but don't even have the time to listen. A customer service nightmare... Glad I did not use them..

My experience with this shipping company is probably the worst I have ever had in terms of customer service. The staff is extremely unhelpful and when they talk to you on the phone they are extremely rude and condescending. It took me nearly two weeks to get my shipment purely because of their rudeness and unreasonabless. Do yourself a favour if you need a shipping agent DON'T USE THEM

Our first time importing from Thailand. DFS Worldwide were very helpful and patient with us. It all went very smoothly. Great service, will be using them again.

I have ordered a sofa and then this was cancelled within 24 hours, but still have receive my money back into my account. I have been the the Brent Cross more than twice and asked for my refund, but each occasion I was promised this was going to be done. I waited for over 20 months, and still no refund. I called their customer service which was helping in raising my concerns. DSF customer service manager Holly was very rude the way she spoken to me. I was told that I won't be getting a reply from the concerns I raised. A large sum of my money being sitting into their account, and I not been dealt with properly either.

Great customer service. We have used this company several times now and every time received our goods in good order and on time. I highly recommend DFS.

If you want to ship your stuff with them please Stop. They are Not responsible for any damages to your goods. They ask you to pay them by Cash and won't accept any bank transfer. After their quotations, you will receive an extra charges again, when you want to cancel with them they ask you to pay for a heavy fine!

Staff was very helpful. They quoted me a very competitive price and also provided storage which helped me in finding my apartment in UAE. They handled all my queries very well. Luggage arrived safe and sound at my door step on the agreed date. Whenever I rang from UAE my call was attended and responded quickly. The lady who helped me in all process (Emilia) had been so helpful during all this process. I am grateful for their services.
