Worst !!! Dispatch constantly calling by different people to check on load even when checking via macropoint.
Calling early in the morning Waking up driver to check on delivery, what is the use of macropoint…stop calling every 15 minutes is annoying to a driver…

I appreciate the transparency and family like values that come with working with Delta Express. Great hard working team members that do everything they can to boost our success as drivers.

1. Horrible communication (no one answers there phones)

2. My factoring company don't work with them because of credit history...(beware still haven't been paid on my load)

3. Very shady company...No open transparency

My favorite dispatch company ,i worked whith them for 6 months , pay on time ,the load prict is really the best depending on the location,and they jave always good chance to win the load for the driver ,i recommend this company , thanks Delta

Booked a load with Sam suppose to pick up Friday and deliever monday,suddenly he said deliever direct on Friday.We asked for money for direct delivery,he said no and put our report on Carrier 411.The only mistake we did is took his word instead of looking at the Rate Confirmation on which it said direct delivery but he never told us.
