    Just had my 2 sofas I ordered from Polihome delivered and the experience was a delight from start to end. I had a call this morning to ask if I could accept delivery tomorrow (which I jumped at and said how desperate I was…a few hours later I had another call saying they could deliver today if I wanted) I accepted in a second) the service was brilliant I was updated when the drivers left the depot and then when they were 15 minutes away, when they arrived the two chaps were brilliant so polite and helpful. This is my second delivery by Cyprus global and both have been outstanding. Bug thanks to Cyprus global

    Highly recommended. Very very good company , great communication.Excellent , professional service. Maria response to emails straight away without delay. She was Very helpful. Even during this difficult time they were sorted everything, because we could not collect the car ourselves. So was kept in the warehouse for such a long time/ without any extra cost ( which was a big surprise for us , as all this situation was very stressful) so they were fair. I am very appreciate for all their help. Maria . :)

    Terrible company, I order sofa from the Polihome should arrived 1 week ago to my house this company called me and said we are going to delivery it, still waitting, the delivery Day i am calling them and they said sorry we change your delivery Day and we Will delivery it tomorrow, still waitting for the delivery.... Nobody called me to tell me if they changed the Day Again also they dont answer them Phone line!

    I ordered an item from IKEA on the 23/01/2021 and it said up to 11 days delivery which was no problem. This company is the one that does the delivery for them. I received a message from the company on the 04/02/2021 stating that the item will be delivered on the 05/02/2021. Bare in mind they give no time slot. I called the company to confirm delivery on the 5th and asked what time they deliver till. The guy told me it is out for delivery and they deliver until 18:30-19:00. The delivery truck arrived at 18:00. The guys had the invoice for the item but the item was not located on the truck. I asked them when it will be delivered, they said maybe Saturday, maybe Sunday. One proceeded to joke and say never. I also asked who could I contact in terms regarding the delivery during the weekend as the offices are closed. They responded with ‘We will call you before we deliver’ Bare in mind they called 10 minutes before delivery on Friday. So I was expected to stay home, as I did on Friday to wait and see IF they decided to deliver. They did not. It is now Monday 08/02/2021. I have called the in the company in the morning, spoke to the same person and he said it will PROBABLY be delivered Tuesday. I then responded that I wanted assurance that it WOULD BE DELIVERED on Tuesday, not probably. He said he would call back. He hasnt. No apology given at all. I have been in contact with IKEA since speaking to the delivery company and was told they would be in contact with the delivery company and they would get them to call me as it was the company's mistake and they should be doing everything possible to correct it. I still have not received a call from them and they close in half an hour. Appalling behavior, customer service and terrible organization. Will this item ever be delivered? Who knows?!

    AVOID! Worst company to deal with! From start to finish.
    There’s a whole list of wrong doing in our case (Customs clearance for Car from UK and MOT/Registration in Cyprus.
    Late delivery.
    Custom forms filled in wrongly, so big delay in passing car through customs, leading to them asking for more unnecessary documents. Never accepted their mistake, blaming always Customs.
    We had to directly communicate with customs and managed ourselves to solve the problem they caused, bypassing the company.
    When finally customs released the car, the company gave us wrong address in Limassol to collect it (their office instead of the dock). Lost precious time there. Had to pay extra for storage at the dock, when it was agreed there would be no extra charges for that.
    Payed extra money for MOT and registration to them, then staff started lying about process and timings. We cancelled that agreement but we never received a refund, as their manager promised.
    Formal complaint made to manager, who responded with an almost robotic email, vaguely apologising for the frustration, delay and upset it caused us.
    We are taking legal action against them to claim refund and compensation.

    Highly recommended! Zoe, Maria, Zina and the team really went the extra mile to get our car imported before Christmas - hugely grateful to them for all their assistance. Wouldn't have been possible without them!

    Terrible company to deal with. Avoid!
    They were dishonest from the beginning to the end.
    They caused so much stress and anxiety, and I had to pay a lot more than quoted. They lost my V5 logbook causing a month delay, and in the end, I've got my vehicle without any paperwork. I had to chase it up, making several trips to their office.
    In the end, they mysteriously found my V5 logbook, but no apologies were made whatsoever.
    I also had to pay extra in the warehouse for storage upon release of my vehicle.
    Global Logistics never admitted their fault, and they even blamed me not submitting my V5. which is clearly nonsense.
    Their customer's service is slow to respond and a nightmare to gone trough if you want to speak to them via the phone and takes them days to respond to any email. I never want to deal with them again. Ever.

    I strongly advise anyone thinking of cooperating with Cyprus Global Logistics Think twice! Their rate of response leaves a lot to be desired and their pricing estimations do not reflect (even close) the final price paid. There is no transparency in the pricing structure so you do not know what you are paying for. Not to mention that they do not stick to the time frames they set and they hold their customers hostage by not sending the final price until the shipment has left port so that their customer does not have a choice!!! They should not be in this business!!!!

    Μη επαγγελματίες,δεν απαντουν τα τηλέφωνα, τα eimal.ζητησα συγκεκριμένο ατομο να μιλήσω για το πρόβλημα πού είχα και δεν μπορούσε να μου μιλήσει.μου έκαναν ζημεια στο αυτοκίνητο που μου είχαν φέρει μέσα στο εμπορεματοκοιβωτιο και το αρνουντα ότι το έκαναν, αφού είχα video από τον αποστολέα ότι δεν υπήρχε η ζημεια στο αυτοκίνητο. Έκαναν περίπου 10 μέρες να μου απαντήσουν για το θέμα μου.Τους είχα στείλει eimail φωτογραφία την ίδια ώρα πού παρέλαβα τό αυτοκίνητο από την αποθήκη τους.Πληρωσα αρκετά χρήματα για να έρθει το αυτοκίνητο save καί δεν παραδέχτηκαν την ζημιά.... Δεν τους συστήνω Με τίποτα,υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες εταιρίες για μεταφορά αυτοκινήτων..... Μακριά.....ΜΗ επαγγελματίες , καμία εξυπηρέτηση....... καμία αξιοπιστία σέ αυτή την εταιρεία......

    The most unreliable company ever. They are very late and they make you pay even more than the agreed price. On top of that, communicating with them is really hard and every time you call them or write them an email, another person will answer, even though you go specifically for the CEO

    I thought this Company was reliable but unfortunately it wasn't. My friend wanted her stuff to be delivered to another state and I went to with her to do all the paper work but all they did was lie, cheat, bad customer service and they are not reliable.

    I advise you to NEVER, under ANY circumstance, use this company. We are all used with good and bad customer service, but these guys were THE WORST experience we ever had. And, in top of that, we have proven them to be LIARS!

    Now details:

    About 2 months ago me and my wife hire them (a friend advised us, but he later told me he never used them, he just knew the owner socially) to transport a container with household items from Bucharest to Limassol as we were moving with our 2 children. The offer is 3450 EUR duration 2 weeks. I never bargain on prices so I accept and send them the email with both addresses and the request to load on 5 July, as we did the move on 10th so we could survive with a few bags for 10 days till the 20 then they were supposed to arrive. Important, the offer is made by the company CEO, Mr. Andreas Andreou - who will later on “disappear” from any communication with us.

    2. When we do the loading, the local company they work with told us "Why are you loading now? Your ship will leave on 12 July, you should have loaded 2 days ago or 5 days later, today is useless, we will just keep this container in the port, DIDN'T Cyprus Global Logistic informed you? Obviously ... not :(

    3. We accept it was just a small mistake and move on with the new delivery date in mind 25 July. On 24 my wife writes them on email asking about the delivery and she receives the answer “Vessel ETA Limassol 31/07“ – no sorry, no explication, nothing. When she ask why, the answer is again incredible (now Mr. Andreas Andreou is already no longer answering, we have Constantina Theophilou sending emails) – “Dear, Vessel sailed from Constanta on July 19th“. So my wife, the customer, is now “dear” and the container just left another 7 days late, no reason, no regret.

    4. On 31, of course they sed us no info, so we ask again and the answer is …
    “Dear Cristina,
    Unfortunately, your cntr is still on the way
    Shipping line failed to catch first available sailing from transshipment port and it will arrive at Limassol next week 06-07/08”
    By now we are already shocked, as you probably are reading this. Our kids need more clothes, books and toys from the container. We buy some, of course on our expense.

    5. After another 8 days, we receive info the container has arrived and we are asked to pay the transport invoice in advance. I tell them we can pay cash on delivery as I cannot trust them to deliver anything, but they refuse it because “is save us for you and us doing deposit”. Constantina is now gone too, we have Mrs. Maria Socratous writing us.

    6. We contact our Cyprus lawyer who offers to act as guarantor, they ignore him and start lying we had an agreement to pay in advance, which is 100% fake, we only spoke on the phone with the CEO about paying on delivery. We call the CEO, the friend who introduced him cools also, his answer is “call the office” and hangs up on us.

    7. In the end, my wife pays, makes the custom, finds help to unload, is asked for extra 100 EUR because “you live on a hill” – despite we provided our address from the start, before loading, and by the July 13 (38 days after expedition), our kids finally have toys and books and enough clothes in the house.

    I know this might seem incredible, so I add ScreenShots with all the above. They are shameful, disrespectful people and a company you cannot rust on anything!

    Used them to ship boxes with household items within the EU. At first I was a little sceptical to due little information provided and lack of details in email contact. However, the shipment was picked up on time, additionally sealed and delivered exactly on time. What this company was actually doing is taking care of everything and giving me as little as possible to do and worry about. I would highly recommend them because I received quick responses to my questions, they took good care of my things and did exactly as they promised for a very good price.

    Used them twice over the past 6 months. The car arrived intact, however customer service is attrotious. Very difficult to communicate with them, they ignore whatever they dont want to answer. Was told that if we delivered the car by a specific day it would ship the following week but when we contacted them to ask for confirmation that it shipped they told us it didn't get loaded, we missed the 'cut off' point (which was never mentioned before), etc without ever confirming why that car was not loaded. Cash only business, so make sure you carry the payment amount with you when collecting the car. Would recommend going with another more reputable company if you have the option.

    Forced to chase through customs after my freight was loaded on with prohibited illegal items.

    Andraos the Manager swearing down the phone after threatening he has the power for this to be delived next month.

    no call backs, no up dates even when you think your getting out through they hang up the phone.

    I would not ever use this firm they are simply in it for the money as soon as payments taken you get your freight when they see fit.

    I'm a one time user not a company who has running buiness so they really do not care. I paid extra to be dropped in Stockport and was told it's going to be Cheshire now disgusting !

    Please find another company and not these there system stinks and there customer service skills are terrible 10 days now after being docked in the uk still no delivery or date !
