Disgusting and unprofessional company. I read another complaint about Miroslav Cajic and I must say he is very very unprofessional. If you all can't reprimand and correct your reps, how are you a reputable company??? This guy clearly has issues with multiple companies.

We tried to book a load that was posted and he was completely uninterested. Told us to have a good day. Well why did you post the damm load if you don't want it covered? Your company already had a bad credit score and on the top of that we have to deal with rude and unprofessional reps. You guys are a joke

If I could give this company -5 ⭐ I would , horrible horrible brokerage company , John sent over the rate confirmation with the pic up number in the reference column , when and pic the load pick up number worked ,get too the receiver and the delivery is two days out. Plus at night. Call John played like he didn't know what's going on , talk to matt which is a childish grown up, trying to tell me it's my fault that I pick up the wrong load and I gave the shipper the number in the reference section and it matched with what the shipper had .

Please please do not do business with these guys , they have no problem putting you on a load tell you it delivers on one date and it actually delivers on another days out , basically holding you as storage .

Held the truck over a day. Then delayed till the next day. Next day came driver got loaded and tarped, just as the driver was about to roll out, the shipper canceled the load but the broker only offered $250 for TONU which not a reasonable amount due to the inconvenience. This broker are not suitable.

Allison Callesen is a pathetic broker. It's been over two weeks since we delivered and it was suppose to be quick pay. Still have not received anything. And nobody knows how to help you when you call i . They just pass the buck. Dont haul for this company!!!

They do NOT pay invoices on time. Payment terms are 30 days. Its 3-4 months past due. Pay your carriers.

Shipped a car from Jacksonville to San Juan, Puerto Rico. It went so smoothly and was virtually painless! Every single team member I interacted with was professional, helpful, and attentive. Crowley did an outstanding job and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Crowley is disgraceful. I am active duty Navy and Crowley has done nothing but take a bunch of my money and sit on it. I spent $9495 on shipping a 27' boat from Port Everglades to Sint Maarten. That was a month ago and the boat has still not arrived. Crowley continuously tells me that there is no space on the vessels it's booked to sail on, but they don't tell me until 4 days AFTER the boat was supposed to ship out. Crowley is a terrible company and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you like to lose money!

Very slow to unload I would never have anything ship with these ppl they don't care about ur products take them over to hours to unload a truck in front of me that had lumber on crazy I'm Truck behind him and they keep putting other in front my truck been hear sen sat 5.21.2016 and now it Monday still waiting to get unloaded 5.23.2016 maybe they can do some about this or get ppl that want to work and care about there jobs
