Our company is based in North East and (foolishly) our team realized the roads were posted as of recent because of mud season. It was Friday afternoon and the delivery was scheduled to come the following week. I received special permission from our local town commissioner to drive on the posted road ONLY between hour of 6:00am-7:00 am that MONDAY; Sebastian made delivery happen. He reached out to his contacts for me, confirmed our strict timeframe was possible and got back to me within an hour. He also provided me with our freight drivers contact information just incase, I really appreciated this ability to communicate with driver if necessary. The drivers were early and we were able to unload freight before 7:00 am. Such a weight off our shoulders! Sebastian was pleasant, available and overall super helpful. I used CTS the first time I shipped to a tradeshow. They were able to give me all the information I needed and handled all of the documentation so that I didn't have to worry about it. I learned a lot about requirements for shows and shipping because they walked me through the process and took the lead. Everything arrived on time with no hassle. We contacted Creative Transportation at the last minute while at a Trade Show after our delivery of the machines to the show was a disaster! Yes, it was so bad that we found another carrier to pick up to return our equipment back from the show. Sebastian was luckily at the show and I was able to talk to him and explain the situation we had. He was extremely quick with the quote and able to schedule our freight to get picked up! After no fault of Creative Transportation we ran into another hiccup but Sebastian was able to rectify it quickly and efficiently and our return equipment was delivered much faster than I expected! I'm always hesitant to try new things, but i'm glad I did. Sebastian and CTS offered a top notch service that I don't think I will be able to live without! We have been shipping our booth and trade show materials via UPS and every time the boxes come back damaged / broken...I'm shocked we haven't had one lost yet. Pricing for the delivery was comparable to shipping via UPS, except with CTS our booth would arrive at the show and our guys wouldn't have to handle any of the transit from hotel to convention center. Considering I was the lone set up guy for Pack Expo, I found this to be the best part of it all! When I arrived on site, out pallet was in our booth space just as I expected.
