Horrible. Mismanaged, worst packing , no marking of boxes, damage and breakages , never handed over the list of items and there number which resulted in lots of extra time aid effort to open all boxes and find parts to reassemble furniture and find relevant things. It’s been a week and we r still looking for stuff as don’t know which box contains what item . At the end just threw stuff in container to meet tunings . 0/5 starts

Worst company to do business with. Used their services to ship my stuff from Pakistan to Canada. I went to their office and did packing in 4 cartons. Spent 2 hours doing so. Later on, they took everything out and repacked by squeezing everything in 3 boxes. When I received my goods, more than half of the items were unusable. Shoes were squeezed and collars of the shirts were pretty screwed because they took everything out from their boxes. Do not do business with them. They just believe in doing 1 time business. Extremely disappointed!

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. I did the mistake of using them for international move of my furniture to Australia. They told me at the time of booking that they will bring container on the same day they do packing, and will seal it in front of me. On the day, they went about saying container is not available today and they need a few days to bring from Karachi - ended up taking one week, making all the goods wet from rain in the mean time. And then packed the furniture while it was still wet - our mistake, we were not standing on their head! Pathetic packing done for the goods as well. There were footprints on the furniture showing workers were walking over it when packing. When we received the furniture after two months, it had been broken, dented and bent due to moisture in side. Lost it all. Obviously they never accepted their mistake or paid anything back. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. (Edited to add the country of my move)
