Terrible company. Unprofessional, unreliable, full of excuses why shipment collection was delayed again and again.

No tracking or information provided. Very expensive.

Can't get through on the phone and nobody available to help or provide any sort of decent service.

Avoid at all costs.

They are a middle-man anyway which I have found out, just booking the collections with a 3rd party, so go direct and save all the hassle and a load of money.
