Usual stuff, they waste your time and your day. When its time for them to pay you detention or Truck order not used, suddenly even their phones stop sending automatic messages :) Do not work with these guys - they will give you the money you will ask on the rate but will hide crucial info as:
Shipper has been behind for a week
IF you wanna get loaded be patient
We already informed the shipper via email literally 2 sec ago
Reported an issue as well over the phone and the guys did not report it but kept that issue hidden
Overall - if you wanna waste money on fuel and DH to a shipper to NOT get loaded THE SAME DAY be my guest and book yourself a CONVOY load ! You are guaranteed to get ripped off !

These guys are absolute liars!
I booked a load with zack Robison.
I turned in all my paper work in 15 mins and they gave the load away to another carrier after telling me I was already on it. Brokers like this is what makes this industry hard. No backbone or integrity.
