I used Convelio UK for two services in January 2021 (a London-Paris removal + some frames hanging) and was overall very satisfied.

I was first in touch with Joseph, who was very clear and proactive in proposing me the relevant solutions. He proposed to me the most competitive prices I could find on the market, from far.
I was then in touch with Liam regarding all the operational matters (paperwork & collection scheduling). Liam was very efficient and responsive.
Movers who came to pick-up the artworks and boxes were extremely efficient and very friendly as well. They even helped with something that was not initially planned (getting rid of an extra piece of furniture).
Everything arrived in Paris slightly later than planned, but I think this was due to the new Brexit regulations recently put in place, delaying all cross-borders transports. Convelio made it up to me for the delay, and offered to hang more artworks than initially agreed in the contract, for no extra costs.
The mover in Paris and the people who hung the paintings were also very efficient and friendly.
