They are very unprofessional and missleading ie given you force self confidence to pay the deposit, afterwards they start with excuses. I have received emails saying one thing as soon as you respond they will be saying something else..

Useless company. Stay away.

Very unprofessional team lack professionalism completely. They will incur unnecessary charges on you and take absolutely no accountability for it. Stay away from ths scam of a company.

If you want to wait four hours for the container lorry to arrive, then spend over 600 quid moving it 40 miles - use these guys !!
Am sick of container moving companies you pay for a days lorry and then they mug you off with some excuse whilst slipping in another job on top of yours . Expect promptness not excuses . Lorry that turned up was a subcontract bloke anyway - whom I could have just booked myself . Not Acceptable . K

Awful. Unreliable in their timings on several occasions. Terrible communication. Total absences of accountability, and acknowledgment, when they have not fulfilled a booking. There are many other alternatives to Containerlift available and I would urge anyone needing a reliable service NOT to use them. Also, Joost Baker, who reviewed and gave this 5 Stars is the Managing Director, infringing Google's Conflict of Interest requirements. You would generally expect a little better from an MD to write a review of his company using his own name - I can only assume that like his company, he is incompetent.

First time using this company as we are expanding our moving business into the shipping sector. From getting a quote to delivery the process was flawless. Charlotte, Holly and Jake we very professional and patient with us as we were a bit sceptical using their services for the first time. We have just loaded and shipped our first container with Containerlift Services. We have already booked a second job with them. Even after two jobs we highly recommend these guys. Happy customer!!!

Absolute sham.

Must be youngsters running this operation.

First of all...

I get given a date for collection.

Then get told that date can't be met meaning I have to pay the storage company another £400 before pick up is eventually arranged.

I explained to them that I have little experience in sending goods by container and need to have every single step explained to me....

After the container has gone I get told oh by the way you needed to have included documents a /b and c with it...

But hold on I've only told you 10 times I need advice and guidance on each step.

Then came an opportunity for them to make up for the additional storage costs from their own bad advice....we were an hour and a half over the 3 hour slot for loading the container...

A professional well meaning company would have said as a courtesy for the missed collection date we'll wave that fee...

Don't expect good customer service and it really does feel like you're dealing with college kids.

Suffice to say won't be using again and won't be recommending. Oh and container was supposed to arrive yesterday....god knows when it'll arrive or if there's going to be additional costs for not including the paper work that I was never advised to include with the container.

Used Containerlift a number of times in the last year and always had a quick, efficient service. Would recommend!

Dont waste your time and dont waste your money on these rip offs

Great company.

Great company, easy to deal with.

They will mess up, then pass charges for their mistakes onto you... And you will have to put quiet a fight to get anything done. They cause unnecessary, costly delays which can be easily avoided. Stay away from them! It's not worth it!

Totally a scam cheater company to rip you off with 3times over billing
dont hire this company unless you have few thousands extra to pay them , they have shipping freight forwarder company along with them to rip off the customer completely.

Dreadful - delivery rescheduled 4 times, huge cost incurred by us and no accountability for the inconvenience, cost and appalling communication
