Recently purchased a Amethyst Plug n Play from this great company. Massive thank you to Jason, Hannah and everyone at Combined Shipping for all their help, advice and professional knowledge of hot tubs. It has been a dream for a long while, which has now become reality. The hot tub is amazing and was an extremely competitive price and great value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a hot tub, you won’t find a better company. From advice on which hot tub to buy, to purchasing the tub, to the the lads that delivered it, the engineer who set it up and all the aftercare and questions, this company is quite simply, second to none. I highly recommend this five star company if you are thinking about buying a hot tub, you can’t go wrong.

great service, visited the showroom to look at tubs and decided to purchase one, turn around was fast and they helped arrange a crane, from start to finish the process was easy and the tub seems great, cant fault it. I purchased as many friends have purchased from these and never had an issue. 100% recommend these guys

Recently had a 12 month service which was fine and the gentleman that did this was courteous and professional. He commented on how well we had looked after the Hot tub and it was in great condition. During the service he pointed out the lid was starting to perish which he said was not right and that he would photograph, report to the office as it wasn’t right and should be sorted under warranty. After hearing nothing from the company we emailed for an update to be told it is our fault and clearly chemical damage!! This is completely opposite to their own engineers thoughts and apart from the treatments supplied by the company on the original purchase to treat the water no chemicals have been used on the tub.
After pointing this out and then chasing for a response we got a Curt reply it’s not their issue and clearly our damage which is just not true.
The TRUE measure of a good company is the response to problems and complaints. Very disappointing response, this is a genuine issue not caused by poor care, we would not recommend or use this company again, they are clearly focussed on Sales only not customer care or service.

Absolutely amazing customer services from the sales team through to the delivery team. All the staff have a great understanding of the products, they are always ready to help and are so polite and curtious I would recommend this company all day long.

I bought an Ultimate hot tub from Combined Shipping. It's huge and the jets are really powerful, so really pleased with it. Combined Shipping were ready to deliver really quick but were happy to hold off until I had built the patio for it to sit on. The communication was great leading up to the install. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and made easy work of dragging it around the house without damaging anything. I paid for installation and the engineer turned up on time and commissioned the hot tub and talked me through the chemicals as he did the first dosing. All in all, very smooth operation, got a great hot tub at a great price, and with no stress.

Took delivery of The Rose hot tub in October 2021. Delivery was delayed due to covid and delivery driver shortage. The guys delivering it were excellent and sited it in no time at all, no mess and no damage. I connected it, filled it, added the chemicals and after the water settled down it was ready to go. Been using it most days since, so relaxing.
My only problem was with connectivity to the blue tooth. All the instructions did not apply to my tub. The actual connection was P20, not bt speaker as was suggested in all the literature. I stumbled on the answer when I looked at the bluetooth unit. There is a code on it, once I entered this code all was well.

Very pleased with product, service and value

I ordered a hot tub and went eight weeks without a single update. They took my deposit and ignored me. Continuously told me, “there is no update”, even with a promise made of 4-6 week delivery. Do not conduct a transaction with this company and invest your money somewhere else. Anytime I spoke to an employee, I was met with rude snarky remarks. I asked for updates almost every other week and was brushed off in a most rude tone of voice. I do not recommend this company, at all!!!

Absolutely superb customer service from start to finish. Hannah always responded quickly to my MANY questions and provided all the information I needed. I placed the order and everything else was dealt with by combined shipping, including a crane to lift the hot tub over my house. The delivery guys were really friendly and went above and beyond to get everything sorted.

The purchase was easy, staff are very knowledgeable, delivery was as promised (and incredibly efficient considering they guys were maneuvering a half ton lump into our gazebo), after sales support has been outstanding and, of course, the tub itself is stunning. Value for money... Half the price but still a quality product. There was a long wait due to Suez Canal problems and Covid... however like childbirth the wait was soon forgotten when 'Hugh' arrived as in Hugh-mungous swim spa. Hannah and Nathan have been very patient with me and aftercare support has been great. Swimming at a pace using tether... It is like a fishing rod and I'm the whale at the end... soon to be minnow! One stone off in six weeks... Go for it.... You won't regret it! CS is owned by the staff... They took over recently... Therefore very invested in running a successful company. Wee note CS only do kerbside delivery in Scotland... I recommend Falkirk Hot Tubs Supercentre for installation and service in Scotland ask for James.

I feel we have received extremely poor service. 5 months late on delivery and damage once it was finally delivered. Change day of engineer at short notice and day before engineer due was cancelled. Was originally offered an engineer to make good but was told it would still be noticeable but not as much and a refund to compensate for damage, this was later denied and told it was one or the other. After booking a days holiday which was wasted as the engineer cancelled less then 24 hours before. A wasted days holiday is worth more than £200. I have now been told a £200 refund is a generous offer because that they could sell it for more than what we paid for it, that's because we waited so long for it, no consideration for our inconvenience or the fact they have delivered a damaged product. Totally unacceptable.

Hot tub is great, such a shame that the aftercare is poor and the resolving of issues is pretty non-existent. Three issues in the 15months since purchase and I've had to self-remedy all of them. Poor service.

Combined Shipping (Hannah in particular) have been nothing short of amazing from order placement to delivery (and even when I experienced a minor technical issue).
Even during the difficult times of the pandemic and transport issues with the Suez blockage/backlog they have shown great customer service. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We only took delivery Thursday, delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly.
Looks fabulous in garden looking forward to many happy hours, really pleased.looks like quality product at affordable price.

From start to finish the service we have received from Combined Shipping has been excellent. We have been kept informed all the way and were even sent a link to track the ship on a map from Singapore to the UK. What a disappointing end to a very lengthy process. We ordered our hot tub in late January and paid the deposit as requested, with assurance our tub would be delivered by late March. Absolutely no contact from combined shipping until an email arrived to let us know delivery was severely delayed thanks to a blockage on transit. We fully accepted this without complaint. We were assured our delivery would be mid April. By late April I called again and was abruptly told there was an email sent out. The email they referred to was actually the one sent a month earlier. It is not good customer service to simply not communicate for a month. I was told delivery would likely be May 5th and to look out for an email.
We finally received a call to book delivery in for 13th May - now 16 weeks since our order.

On the 12th May, I received another phone call to remind me to make payment, which I did, around 3 hours after the requested time. I communicated that I had made payment combined shipping.
I was not to know that my bank would delay the payment thanks to suspicion of fraud, but on seeing it was being held, I sent a screenshot of the pending payment to the sales department at combined shipping as proof. Gary said that should be fine.

On the morning of 13th May I received a call at 8am to say drivers were 40 minutes away. (Not the hours advance warning we were promised).
In any case, I reorganised the school run and my work and agreed to the delivery. At that point I immediately checking my bank account to see that payment had gone out. It was still pending. I called the bank to see the progress and they assured me payment was being pushed through urgently. I communicated that with combined shipping on the phone.
The delivery drivers had arrived at 9am and were unable to load the hot tub without payment clearing which I fully understood.
We continued to wait for payment to clear.

Combined shipping phoned three times in that hour to apply pressure about having not received payment, threatening that the drivers would need to leave. I phoned my bank again in front of the drivers and showed them my bank statement.

The bank assured me payment would arrive between 9.45 and 10am. At 10am combined shipping told the delivery drivers to pack up and leave, despite by this point the money was shown as having left my account, which again, I showed to the drivers.

The operator on the phone, Hannah (?) added so much stress to the situation. Her whole tone was that of someone who enjoyed petty power play.

Her assumption seemed to immediately jump to the conclusion that I was fraudulent, dismissing all evidence I had put forward that payment was being made. There was literally no trust in her own drivers who could clarify my story.

Her entire concern was that her drivers had been held up for an hour (with no acknowledgment we had patiently waited 16 weeks). She instructed them to leave and we would not be getting our hot tub today.

I couldn't believe that £3600 had left my account to this company and they couldn't give me the benefit of the doubt.
I had shared a screenshot of payment with the sales department, the drivers saw my online bank statement, and the drivers had literally listened to my phone call with the bank on loudspeaker. It was so obvious I was doing everything in my power to speed things up.

The payment arrived in their account at 10.16, just as the drivers were about to leave.

All that stress and pressure on both myself and the drivers was completely unnecessary Hannah.

I am appalled at the treatment of a customer who has just spent such a large sum of money. Poor communication and suspicious nature means I would not recommend them. Just don't treat your customers like that! It's left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Thank God for your LOVELY delivery drivers who could not have been more understanding and kind about it - 5 stars for them, but 1 for Hannah.

Brilliant service had the tub over a year and they still answer any little questions beautiful tub!! We can’t believe our luck.... when we went to our local garden centre and saw hot tub we thought they we fab. Can not fault this company. Right from ordering to delivery and when I had a question they answered the phone straight away and had my question answered before I had even finished asking lol. And the tub... Well that is just bliss.

Great service from beginning to end. I was a bit nervous buying from a company I hadn't heard off before, especially as the price for the hot tub was so competitive, but I hadn't of worried. From the initial communication (i called several times to check things like running cost, size, delivery, etc) through to ordering was easy. There was a significant time between order and delivery (months) but this was due to Covid and the fact that everyone was buying hot tubs it seems! Right the way through though they communicated what was happening and were always on the end of the phone or email if I needed an update. On delivery day the two gentleman turned up on time (first drop off) and positioned the hot tub for me where I wanted it (definitely worth the extra money as the tub was way to heavy to move without the right equipment). Now its up and running in the garden, looks amazing and works perfectly. Assembled the few things needed (arm, steps) and set it up myself again due to Covid but guys were really helpful with hints and tips to help me (youtube videos to watch etc). All in all great company, great service and great product at a really competitive price.

Great company to work with, plenty of contact with delivery, very professionally delivered by the 2 fellows. Excellent. Went for rose hot tub as was best value for money and we were not disappointed. Waited a wee while as boat could not dock in felixstowe but combined shipping team kept us informed what was happening and I could see through marine traffic that they were not b--- sh---ng us. We waited for a few months before we posted are review ,am glad to post the following after the hot tub was delivered by a capable couple of lads who were curtious certainly new what they were doing and in a matter of minutes had not only delivered our tub but had it exactly in place

We chose Combined Shipping for our hot tub after scouring the Internet for what seemed like ages trying to find a colour and style that suited our needs. We finally found our perfect combination, and ordered our Amethyst plug and play hot tub during lockdown knowing there was a long wait for delivery, but shortly after we placed our order we were informed it was going to be 3 weeks earlier than originally estimated. Bonus! When it arrived the delivery team were really helpful and answered all my husband's questions about set up etc. He had it up and running in no time. Not only is the tub fantastic quality, but the colour is stylish and it fits in well with our garden scheme. We got our delivery in September, having ordered in June. The service from start to finish has been faultless. Your teams were SO patient with my multiple (and possibly annoying) questions before we chose our model, once ordered the communication was second to none throughout regarding delays (outside your control and due to COVID 19) and the two guys who delivered our tub were super helpful, quick and efficient. After sales service is A1 too, there's even a Facebook group exclusively for customers and its lovely to share photos and tips with others, and also to see your team answering people's questions seemingly 24/7 and almost instantly..... Can't say I've ever seen any other Company (whatever the product) offering that level of customer care. Thank you!

We recently had a new hot tub delivered and we could not be happier with it and the level of customer service we have received.
Becki has been fantastic right from ordering through to the after care, and the delivery guys were brilliant. We were 3rd last on their delivery route and after a long day and one of the hottest they were full of cheer and nothing was too much trouble.

Received my Ultimate spa on Monday. Delivery was 2 weeks later than originally advised but worth the wait!

Downside is no cabling supplied with the tub. Electrician sorted & we were all in it last night for the first time. Great spa so really pleased!!

They were extremely helpful in giving us advice on the right type of hut tub for us and very honest in it's running costs etc. We ordered it just before the lockdown and they were able to still deliver it just as we entered the lockdown. The delivery men were helpful and put the hot tub into place right where we wanted it. The hot tub itself is fantastic and exactly as was described. Great service from Combined Shipping!

Well where do i start? dealing with this company has been a headache from start to finish. I would just like to point out the outcome may be different for others and they get what was ordered having a pleasant experience, but unfortunately this did not happen for me and i got to experience a different side to their customer service.

We ordered the Harmony plug and play due to be delivered tomorrow 10th June 2020. In a white inside and grey skirt. We ordered it to be delivered to our new home so billing address was different to shipping address. But unaware to us combined shipping didnt tell us that the hot tub couldn't be delivered anywhere but the billing address. So when the original delivery date of 28th May 2020 was set back to the date above , that is what made us aware the hot tub would of been delivered to the old address.

So a phone call was instantly made to combined shipping to rectify this mishap. They said the only way to sort it is to cancel the finance and reapply.

So that is what we did, but because we was initially accepted then cancelling it and then having to reapply it got declined. After waiting 10 days for a decision. So we managed to find an alternative way to pay for it.

We was simply ordering for a new home in advance to moving in so all this was just ridiculous.

After all this we was looking forward to the arrival of the hot tub, and today we had a phone call from combined shipping just to run through some details and that is when after waiting 7 weeks or so we found out its not the configuration we ordered. We got offered some bromine tablets for the inconvenience or the chance to pay £400 more for a completely different hot tub.

Of course we are very disappointed and feel everything has been a complete waste of time. Up until now combined shipping was pleasant to deal with , and even with all the mishaps we have been understanding.
But their customer service has been less than great, They do not accept any responsibility and when i request they put this right with either the hottub we ordered within 30 days or compensation towards the more expensive hot tub, they cancelled my order instantly with no explanation or apology. It was in a manor as if to say "ILL SHOW YOU"!.

I know combined shipping will reply to this review and try to justify it but im simply stating the facts as they happened. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Cannot fault Combined Shipping. From initial conversation through purchase to delivery they have fulfilled all their promises. Well-informed staff have answers to any query at their fingertips. The whole experience was easy, with updates by letter and phone. The hot-tub is of the highest quality , delivered exactly on time by Neil and Craig for whom nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend without hesitation.

Only use this company for hot tubs. We nearly ordered with someone else and the prices kept going up and up. CS are honest, reasonable prices and offer great knowledge. Delivery guys were very knowledgeable and helpful too.

Went above and beyond to help with replacement headrests. Sadly the replacements did not fit, but they received them back and refunded accordingly.

We bought our Tennessee hot tub from this company at the start of the lock down and i have to say we are so pleased with it. Combined shipping could not have been more helpful and the two lads that delivered it were nothing short of fantastic. we just left them alone in the garden (social distancing) and they set it all up fro us and took all the packaging away. would highly recommend this company when buying a hot tub

The hot tub arrived pretty late but as we live in West Wales , it was to be expected. The 2 lads set it up in it's position. We paid for the platinum package so we had all the chemicals and cover. 2 days in and we are very pleased with the jot tub.

We agonised for a long time on what to choose and who to choose to buy a hot tub from. Using the Facebook messenger we were able to ask questions and get advice really easily. We chose the Milano 2 with upgrades and don't think we could have found a better product anywhere else at such a great price. From order to delivery took less than 2 weeks. The order process was quick and easy with good updates. The delivery was truly exceptional, any doubts about location placement and access were made easy by the guys, who took time to get it in, and positioned well, and then talked me through the tub and how to use it. Aftercare has also been really good answering questions about chemicals etc. If you're thinking of getting a hot tub, take the plunge..and use Combined Shipping. I can't recommend enough.

Had the Rose delivered 2 weeks ago, only ordered it just after lock down! really good experience from sale to delivery. Turned up when they said it would, been in it nearly every day, love it, maintenance with chemicals a bit of trial and error but that's just a question of getting it right. Product is A1. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, in fact i already have to 2 separate close friends. I was worried about noise levels as nothing about it on website but they are defo not to noisy as long as the kids dont play their music too loud !!

I've had hot tubs before, so I was very pleased with my moonlight hot tub as it was very good value!
Great service and the delivery guys were very helpful .

Testing strips but this was cheerfully rectified.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish and great customer service from everybody that I spoke to. There was support throughout from the moment I called up to order and even after my hot tub had been delivered. I was called the day before delivery to check everything was still okay, the team that delivered it did so carefully, respectfully and really gave some great advice on how best to place it. Purchased a Nevada 13 AMP Hot Tub from combined shipping. A great experience from start to finish in the buying process. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not pushy at all (unlike some other companies!) Hot tub is excellent, they upgraded the control panel free of charge and have been on hand to answer technical questions since the delivery. (Amazed they were able to get it into position when delivered).

Ordered a 4m Swim Spa. Combined Shipping did exactly what they said they were going to do. It arrived on time, I decided to collect (they will deliver), they were ready for me when I arrived and it was loaded quickly and easily. We have been enjoying it now for nearly a month, so far all is well and its good quality. They were easy to deal with, no issues, no drama, we are very happy.

We've been enjoying our hot tub, a Pulse 3 plug and play, for a couple of weeks now. It's much quieter than the one we had 13 years ago at our previous house.

From beginning to end our experience with Combined Shipping has been positive. The team were all professional, helpful and friendly. We had a number of steps to be negotiated at the front of the house and a tight space to position the tub in. All our queries about this were quickly responded to and assurances given. We were kept informed about delivery and the hot tub arrived as expected and was in position within an hour.

Ordered easily and arrived on time. Delivery men were helpful and did well with the limited space in manovering the hot tub on site. First impressions are that the hot tub is well made and works well . Speakers have been used although not a full blast due to neighbours. Many thanks

Bought a hot tub almost 2 years ago now, recently had some flow issues. Got a call from Mark the ownr who was extremely helpful talking me through different scenarios trying to find the issue. Finally found it to be a faulty pump and a replacement was sent out the following day which was much approeciated.

Wow what an amazing service. Ordered the Jacuzzi online and got a call from them within 2 minutes confirming the order and arranging delivery for a few days later. Got another call then the day before confirming approx delivery time. We ordered the full installation package from them which although wasn't cheap I think was definitely worth the money. They arrived with 3 guys who quickly removed the Jacuzzi from the trailer and using a sled moved it into the garden within 5 minutes and quickly unpacked it. Two of the guys then left to complete other deliveries leaving Dan to complete the installation and setup. Throughout the process Dan asked my preferences for positioning, Lid lift position etc., ensuring I was satisfied with the installation and providing full instructions on how to maintain the Jacuzzi.
In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending Combined Shipping for there Value for money products, exceptional Service, and amazing after Sales Customer care. We are having so much pleasure from this Jacuzzi already and look forward to many years more.

I would not hesitate to recommend combined shipping to others. Quality of service, after sales and ultimately value for money is second to none. Living in the South of England I had reservations about purchasing from a company further away. My fears were in vain due to the comprehensive warranty that is provided. Finally, value for money, suppliers in the South of England would struggle to compete with the product and pricess on offer.
