Incompetent, poor service, unreliable. Where should I start?
Shipments coming across the border are a nightmare. Don't use Ceva. Ever. Multiple shipments end up being shipped the same time and end up on opposite coasts. We even had a 12 foot crate that somehow was forgotten about. THREE MONTHS AGO. HOW CAN YOU MISS RECORDING A 12 FOOT WOODEN CRATE OFF THE TRUCK?
Phone system doesn't work and the tracking info is seriously outdated and unreliable.

My parents placed an order on Amazon for a kayak, one with a back support for my mother as she needs it for her back. Ceva said they delivered it. We have a Google Nest so I know if the package would of came. They were supposed to deliver to horseshoe lake rd in Minden, there is no horseshoe lake rd in Toronto as that's where it was delivered. A little suspicious that it ended at a address that doesn't exist in Toronto. The company or driver more than likely stole it. One of those "off of the back of the truck deals". Good job Ceva Logistics....smh

worst logistics company ever. My package never arrived after three weeks since tracking# created. Called and was told they are waiting for the goods too? WTF? and then all of a sudden one day the status changed to delivered. lol what a joke. Had to reorder and now been through the same process. I wish i could ask for a different carrier. Avoid at all cost.

Can I do negative stars? The worse experience I have ever had. Delivery ETA was Sunday. Nothing. Then Monday by 5pm. Nothing. Then Tuesday by 8pm. Nothing. Wednesday? still nothing. On Thursday the Agent tells me it just arrived on their dock today - even though the waybill says
it arrived Monday at 6:35am. Then the waybill was suddenly updated with an event that was timestamped 2 hrs in the future (??). Next available time for delivery.... next Tuesday! 9 days late and no apology and nothing but trying to cover their screwup. Massive customer service fail.
