As I’m a current and relatively new driver here I would have to say the experience has been excellent so far. Great trucks, drivers and staff make it easy to get the job done. With 20 years plus experience in all areas of trucking, I know what a good and bad trucking company looks like. Cast has gone above and beyond to bring me on and make me feel at home. Great pay and new parts anytime something breaks on the truck (which is rare) reduces stress on the road. Total recommend.

I love working here. I work out of the Tennessee office. The terminal manager takes great care of her drivers! We work hard and have time off to play hard. We make great money. I won't be going anywhere till I retire.

This company cares about there people and it shows. They asked me to start on a certain date, but that date got pushed back a week because of Covid. They decided to pay me for the whole week just to “make things right” as they put it. I have heard many similar stories from other employees. You will feel the professional and people centered culture as soon as you walk in the door.

This is a great company to work for! The safety focus is huge! Excellent pay and a FAMILY atmosphere. Veteran owned. Overall wouldn't change a thing!
