    I ordered from Staples. I've ordered from Staples before. They always used to ship with UPS or FedEx so I've never had any issues. This is the first time they decided to ship my order with this company Capital Express. I've never heard of them before so I did some research. After reading the plethora of negative reviews and seeing that even the BBB says they are out of business I contacted Staples. They assured me this is a legit local business and I'd have my order before 5 pm today. ONE HOUR later I receive an email saying the driver left the warehouse without my items and they are delayed. Coincidence? I don't think so. I wish I wasn't relying on this company... It seems they are only reliable when they are on the receiving end... when it comes to delivering things to other people I would absolutely send my business elsewhere.

    Paid for next day delivery of a critical piece of equipment, which still hasn't arrived two days later. No way to track the pkg or find out where the heck it is. If they don't have the ability to deliver in the promised timeframe, they should be upfront with the companies who are paying them so they don't make promises they can't keep. Now MY business is among those not able to meet it's commitments because these guys didn't get the job done.

    I deliver here every day and though I don't have much to drop off, they are fast in getting me unloaded and are friendly. Way easy dock to get into.

    Worst company you could ever do business with. I was unpleasantly surprised by their attitude. Totally do not recommend! Be aware, this company will rob you!

    I put 1 star because here is no option to put 0.The most terrible company I worked with! The company doesn't know anything about how to do business. Customer service at ZERO level!
    If you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don't
    respect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 7 years and I've never seen such ignorish attitude!

    Good place has one dock so you will have to park in the street if a truck is in the dock. I haven't had a bad experience here.

    Absolute worst delivery service I've ever seen! They lied to the shipper, saying they attempted delivery 3 days in a row, when they've never been to the house. DO NOT TRUST these people with your shipments!

    I would have given Capital Express a 1 star, had the driver not been courteous and friendly when he arrived - and the problems I have w/ Capital Express are not the fault of the driver!

    I had scheduled a pick up and delivery the day before I needed it and paid for it that day. I was pleased w/ the price - it was very reasonable. I was told the pick up time would be 630am. (In the morning - if I need to point that out). That was great - it would get my delivery to Lincoln with plenty of time (It needed to be there no later than 930am). I arrived to the office at 6:10am and waited, and waited, and waited...

    I, finally, called at 7:05am to find out what was going on. At this time, I was told they were waiting for the driver to arrive to work, pick up the truck and then he would be on his way. When I asked how long that would be, I was told 20 minutes. I called them back 35 minutes later, since nobody had shown up yet. I was told they were waiting for the driver to get to work, then he would be on his way (Sounds familiar, right?). It is now 7:40am - which means if someone doesn't get here very soon, we would not be in Lincoln by 9:30.

    I was trying to explain my frustration that nobody had even bothered to call me to let me know there would be a delay or what the status was, but was very rudely put on hold in the middle of my sentence. So, let's be honest, now I am a very, very displeased and unhappy customer!!

    Next, a gentleman got on the phone, who offered no apology or anything, and instead became short with me as I tried to explain the importance of having this delivery completed by 9:30 - as promised! He informed me there was a driver sitting right in front of him that he would send my way. (Not really certain why that hadn't been done yet?!?!?).

    Driver arrived at 8:10am, loaded and delivered the package. Driver was very professional - the logistics/customer service team - NOT SO MUCH!!!!

    Capital Express - You need to have better COMMUNICATION with your customers when you can not deliver on what we had agreed upon. I should not have had to call you - YOU should have been calling me to let me know the situation and delay. Also, when you are in the wrong - like almost 2 hours LATE - maybe you should apologize to your customer instead of getting snippity!!

    I won't be using their services again.

    Capital Express responded to a request for an emergency delivery several hours before the delivery was scheduled to be made. Their responsiveness was wonderful and averted a possible crisis. Bravo!
