    This place was subcontracted through Sam's Club to pick up a TV that was received damaged. They have been promising to show up for almost a week and have yet to appear. Excuses range from "That person should not have scheduled you for that day" to "Two of our drivers called in sick" to " Our truck was delayed and now its too late." Do not do business with this company if you have a choice. Use FedEx.

    I can only speak to the CSE facility in SFO that handles moving imported air freight, but they are by far the BEST. As an international freight forwarder I work with many carriers throughout the US and this group has got their stuff together - consistently exceeding expectations!

    Very confusing place. Purolator has a shipping facility there but there is no visible business sign there.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. I am waiting for a $2000 computer monitor that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Today I finally manage to get in touch with them today and they tell me I can't get my monitor until next Monday now. I ask them if I can come pick it up, they are about 2 miles from my house, they tell me they can't do that and they have to contact another company to get approval. I contacted the seller of the item who says he approved it and told the middleman company. Apparently the middleman company never gets back to this company. I still can't get my very expensive monitor until next week now even though it's sitting in a warehouse 2 miles from my house.

    Stop doing business with this California Sierra Express until they stop doing business with such terrible middleman companies.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

    Was suppose to deliver a package to me on Saturday morning and never received. When i called to see where it was at, it was never shipped from their local office to me. Now have to wait until Monday to figure it out and more inconvenience for me.

    Terrible service. They tell you between noon and 4 pm, so you wait four hours, and then they don't show up. So they tell you "tomorrow", still between noon and 4, and still there's no way to pin them down. Not to mention that they had the item in store since the previous week. What an awful way of treating customers.

    I was on the freeway near Fairfield yesterday. There was a driver that cut me off and gave me the finger. What I remember he was bald and wearing sunglasses. I don’t think this company will care, but wanted to share my thoughts. I hope this driver doesn’t do this a lot.

    Very poor Communication between UPS and Cal sierra express ! package was promised on the 18th received on the 21st. 3 times I was advised that the package was out for delivery. and, three time it did not show up. 4th time I requested a call before delivery and Nope, no call. and they showed up when my office is normally closed for lunch. if I would not have been working through my lunch I would have missed them again. If I ever have freight shipped to my office again I will request they use another carrier. the package does show some signs of wear I hope the contents are not damaged.
