The company is absolute terrible, they tried to charge me double with playing the weight of the goods. Employees has personal relation with their suppliers, i dont recommend these company unless you want to be a part of scam.

Brian was great in scheduling my pickup then following through after pickup. Daryl was was very friendly and efficient in completing the pickup then palletizing the boxes and wrapping for shipping. They are the best company to use for your freight shipping needs!!

This company has been terrible to work with. I chose them because of a lower bid to ship a very expensive new table made by an artist. The original bid, while purporting to include crating and packaging, was later increased by over a $1000 for that same service. They would not offer insurance at first, which was a deal breaker. Then, they offered the insurance, but getting it worked out was burdensome and concerning since the representative I worked with did not seem to understand the insurance that was offered and how it would be obtained. Finally, the table arrived and we were contacted by a shipper who was not BTX Global. We arranged delivery three days after that shipper said they could deliver the table. That shipper did not say anything about storage charges for those three days. I then got a call from a different BTX Global representative saying that because of the small storage capacity of this third-party entity there would be a $500 fee for the three days of storage, suggesting the third-party entity was charging that amount. I told him that was not mentioned or acceptable and we want delivery immediately. It then became clear that the $500 was from BTX not the third-party shipper. The BTX employee insisted that the table maker was the client, that I was not the client, and that I did not have a right to complain about the shipping. I explained I was the client, not the table maker, that I solicited the bid and chose them. He said I was wrong. He then hung up on me. I complained in writing to the BTX representative I had dealt with before, and received no response. I would not use this company again. They are unprofessional, have many hidden charges, and are shady.

Made several attempts on Facebook and Twitter to inquire about service during the holidays. Never got a response back. However, your competitors did.
