This freight forwarding company are scammers. They ask for the wrong paperwork on purpose to lead to delays. They will then try to deliver for extortionate amounts. If you wish to collect, they will then add 'storage charges' that they failed to mention before. DO NOT USE.

Very quick turnaround friendly staff very helpful good place to go too.

Great staff very polite and quick on services. I am a lorry driver and for some time I deliver to Bronel goods and merchandise shipped in containers. They're always very prompt and fast tipping.

Meridian Zero import marine equipment from all over the world, we have used Bronel several times. Bronel have always acted very professionally and the import process has been trouble free.

Used them recently for a small shipment from China, much better to get them to handle it rather than let the shipper book it with whoever they want, better communication and much cheaper, thanks Bronel !

Horrible experience, very unprofessional on all levels, charged crazy amounts for warehousing when it was empty, could never put themselves in the shoes of the customer, used a third party who used a third party who didn't bring the necessary equipment. Would really avoid this company to save money and avoid heart attacks
