By far the worst company I have dealt with. The amount of blatant lies and empty promises are appalling. Lodging complaints just go totally ignored. Shipment landed two weeks ago and still no clue when delivery will take place. I would avoid like the plague.

I had shifted from India to Qatar and later from Qatar TO Dubai through Bridgeway Shipping. My experience with them was amazing and hassle-free. The entire shipment came out with no damages and it was very convinient for me.

Worst cargo service that I have ever used, they don't deserve any star. I booked for air-cargo for fast delivery (7 days which they claim) and paid almost 3 to 4 times of sea cargo. But, they split my items and sent major items via sea cargo. Overall delivery took around two months that too after several follow-ups, phone calls and personal visits by my friends in Dubai.

They will promise you a lot of things, but please be aware once you leave the country you can't do anything except just to wait for your stuff to arrive safely.

The packing crew is excellent, however, logistics below standard. Move was delayed for 1 hour, 30 min. due to truck delay. Despite confirmation of a closed truck, an open one was sent. The lack of communication was already visible one day prior when inquiry of location and other info was made despite all was sent to company in timely manner. Operations Manager hung up phone on the client without solving the issue. The disregard and disrespect is appalling.
