Absolutely the best parcel place in Pembina North Dakota . These guys have bent over backwards to help me out on multiple occasions, including making arrangements to pick up my packages outside of regular business hours by providing me with a temp door code etc..

The only place I can safely get my semi truck and 53 foot trailer in and out of hassle free.
Competitive rates, nice system that provides email notifications when packages are received. Friendly and helpful staff. Very efficient business and very well organized and clean both inside and outside the building.

I have shipped dozens of items from transmissions, tires, various car parts, electronics and home improvement items and tools. Always a great experience which has saved me literally thousands of dollars in shipping, duty and brokerage fees.

I highly recommend this business to anyone in Manitoba who is tired of being raped with fees and charges when trying to get what you need to finish a project and stay on budget.

Would have been 5 stars except for their limited Saturday hours. With notice, you can get 24/7 pickup, but closing at 3 pm on Saturday feels too early.

Despite being closed after hours on a Saturday evening, I emailed border parcel hoping I could pick up my package that was delivered after hours. I put a big emphasis on 'hoped' since they werent supposed to be open until the following Monday. To my surprise I received an email within an hour explaining that my package would be ready for after hour pickup through the rest of the weekend. Needless to say I was impressed, it could have been just as easy to ignore my selfish request and wait to respond on Monday. Or even explain that the service needs to be arranged, before the weekend (echoing the same requirement that boldly grabs the attention of everyone that uses the website). Either of those would have made sense.
I suspect Chad would prefer if his clients didnt wait until the last minute or until after close to request this but then again most business' wouldn't put their day off on hold either.
