Avoid using this company! The reps (including the manager) have appalling attitude towards their customers and behave in an unprofessional manner. They don't know the meaning of customer service. They approach you at first asking for your business and when you give them the opportunity, this is how they behave. Never again! Shame on you!

please dont use these guys, they are thieves, will agree to something and then keep on adding costs, even for waiting for few minutes to making excuses, i had to pay £600 extra just because my hotel was on a busy road. please please do not use them
