I wish I could give 0 stars. 3rd class service. The staff lied throughout the process. Staff unable to speak English properly. Hidden costs bullied me to pay as they moved my goods into storage without my consent and started charging me. Horrible experience very disappointed.

Worked with them for almost 6 years now, Very Professional company, Customer service is excellent, the staff is so friendly they even helped me out on a Saturday. The best Turkish Import and Export service you’ll probably get in the UK.

Gave 1 star because Google won't let us post with 0 starts. Rubbish. Can't get hold of anyone to chase delivery of our shipment. Suspect the 4 and 5 stars are all people working at the company.
