They are nice people

Be careful with this guys they say one thing before you take a load, and it turs out another. They don't know their costumers. They are not paying detention!!!

Waited 2 hrs for rate con. Just to say his partner covered it, yeah for cheaper rate putting them on do not use list.

Bennett is a morally bankrupt company. They kepted our unit with their load for an entire week because of issues with the load which their client accepted as their fault and not a result of our service. We were promised layover pay for holding there load for an extra 3 days, but they would never confirm the amount and sought to force delivery without providing this updated rate to include the promise layover. We will never trust Bennett International again.

Great company for Great drivers

As a Carrier, we booked a load with Holly for ONE Unit, signed the Rate Confirmation with the agreed on rate (which was very low to begin with, coming out of Albuquerque going to Amarillo), and arrived on site. Once there, Driver was informed there were TWO pieces. When I called Bennett I talked with Lacey and informed her we could make an adjustment to the Rate and go ahead with both items. She informed me they couldn't add anything to the Rate, so I said we would go ahead with what we agreed on and signed for, One piece. She replied that if we didn't take BOTH pieces they would cancel our truck and find another one. I had to get my Driver moving, so we went ahead with the Load and both pieces. When I spoke with Holly again, she said, "this kind of thing happens all the time". This kind of bait-and-switch tactics used by some Brokers is unprofessional, unethical, and bad business. As a relatively new Carrier, I now understand why there is a TONU Charge. I would have happily applied it on this load, had I known of it. Live and learn, but NEVER again with Bennett. Shameful.

Watch out when booking with Chuck (AL Office). I'll describe what happen with me, I've booked a load with him, he was saying he needs my truck asap on site, as the other carrier came with a Conestoga trailer which ain't gonna work, he gave me the address as we were speaking and booking it, provided me with the pick-up number.. my truck was only 5miles out.. so meanwhile I did the setup, truck was already on site.. Right after I did the setup I called them and informed about it... about 10min later he calls me and says my load is no go, they're actually getting that Conestoga loaded. I asked him for a TONU and what I got as a reply "for 5 miles Dude? I didn't even send ya the confirmation".. Unprofessional behavior.. Where's all my fault in all this miscomunication they all had with the shipper and the other carrier...

There's many Trucking companies out there but Bennett will always be the 1 I recommend to every1 for all their Trucking needs

4/19/2022 Trucker wouldn't let me pass, could tell he was struggling in the wind. He sped up blasting his horn tried to push me into oncoming traffic. Luckily was enough room left was able to get behind him. Where he proceeded to flip me off. Was on the 550 heading to New mexico. 5:25 pm trailer plate number Texas 154B 135. Not to mention he couldn't keep the speed limit for the rest of the way (wind).

I'm sure this is a great trucking company probably way busy with not enough drivers and or personnel. I called 3 Times and never was able to reach a person to speak with. The phone would ring until an automated recording would say no one's available and then hang up.

They have a contract with RCR out of Concord North Carolina which is a major racing team they sponsor a nationwide race car through Richard Childish Racing. The owner of the company would rather spend Millions of Dollars on A race car instead of of putting that money towards its drivers and paying them more and taking better care of them.

Just received a partial payment for a completed delivery. Bennett withheld $200 dollars off the signed Confirmation and Invoice price without any explanation or warnings. Bennett did send in a revised confirmation with $200 less after the load was delivered with clean signed BOL and invoiced. Not a pro driver approach. Integrity of this company is questionable.

Was just there to make a delivery from across town in Brookhaven.

I have worked with Paige Smith multiple times. Her and her drivers go above and beyond for us multiple times. I will continue to come back to her when I am in need of trucks

Booked a load with them,suposed to have one pick up and straight thru delivery...i had 3 stops at pick up,drove all night to make it on time...dont waste time and health on this people,if there is a option for 0 stars i would go for ir for sure !

Brokers are pathetic and unprofessional. They will lie to you about appointment times, have you sitting at the receiver for hours. Chris is a disgrace to the company and should be fired

They were hired to move a new doublewide from Alabama to Georgia. They postponed the day of, twice. First excuse was truck broke down. The second time we recieved a message saying we can not move your home, please find someone else to do it. No explanation then ghosted us. When they finally answered our calls, Nel said the power lines were in the way. "Find someone to move it to a truck stop and we can take it from there." Side note: they already recieved $4000 payment to move it. What kind of Mobile Home moving company does not have the necessary equipment to actually move a home? By the way, the powerlines are not obstructing the driveway. Worst experience we could have possibly had. I do not recommend this company. Professionalism and Integrity are not a part of their business model.

Bennett is a very family oriented company with lots of wonderful staff. They have great values and care about their employees and treat us all with respect. I love the Wednesday devotional and look forward to it weekly. I also like the outreach projects that the company is involved in like the Christmas Wreath for veterans. We are a owner operator team leased onto Bennett Heavy and Specialized, LLC for 3.6 years. We are very pleased with the company and plan to continue with Bennett until we retire. We chose not to purchase a trailer as we do a lot of dropping and hooking so we use their vans and flatbeds. They maintain them well. In our division we have a planner who keeps us running. As a result, our income is great. We highly recommend Bennett.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful the lady named Barbara will call you names and speaks down to the drivers. They are all related or know someone that is how they are employed there. Plus they are the lowest paying in the industry.

Picked up a load at Doug Barnard location. Laini had me checked in with a door # quick! Larry loaded my trailer quick! Nice to go to a location when your checked in and loaded in a timely manner. I was only their 45 minutes. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck. Thanks for the good service.

this company is a terrible company. they made me wait at shipper for 5 hours and receiver for 3 hours and they are not paying my detention money, the broker tom has lied to me and probably took the detention pay to his pocket. very unprofessional and unaccepted. I will never work with this company again.

The company is transporting cement trucks through Nebraska 6/6/2021 the driver bald with blue shirt wouldn't get over to let us on the interstate.at exit 369 west bound. Once we got on interstate he was swerving into our lane hanging out window yelling at us and flipping us off. He tried to get up on our bumper and rub us before we drove away from him.

Chris Fasnacht is very unprofessional. I will never book a load with him. He lie me about weight. When I call him about more money he wanted to cancel my load and find new drivers. On the phone he was so rude.

Booked a load with this company. The load required permits, so I got the permits according to the dimensions given by the broker. My driver got there to load. Not only was it almost a foot wider than what was quoted, it was also 8,000 lbs more than what was quoted. I had to redo every single permit. Broker said he would get updated rate con. We delivered the load, and now almost a WEEK LATER, the broker won't answer the phone, won't respond to e-mails, and STILL hasn't sent updated rate con! Would not give this company a single star if it were up to me, but unfortunately have to leave at least one. CARRIERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

This company want too put 11 wide and 90,000 lb loads as General freight. I don't know why or how company they get this idea. But I wouldn't hual loads that require permits, waiting for daylight and reduce speeds too 55 in Arizona for General freight pay.
These are the same people who had multiple occupations and have failed at it miserably then they come into the transportation industry and want to change things around and be manipulative and change the rules. Thanks too social media word gets around faster today then the 80s.
